My father, my sister, and I entered the store at around 4:40pm and a gentleman was in front of us waiting to order. I didn't ask... him how long he was there. I peaked into the back where the line cooks are, and couldn't see anyone back there. After about 7 or8 minutes i seen 3 workers back there and the gentleman even called to see if someone can come help them. No one did. This talland scawny worker closest to the front didn't even see anyone waiting in line. This is the only place that gives my dad amilitary discount and I am really disappointed in the workers for making me and my family wait 10 minutes, and an unknown aboutof time foe the gentleman that was in front of us. Getting kinda pricey...but the food is good staff normally friendly.
Told the lady I didn't want onions, due to an allergy. Somehow my burger came out with EXTRA ONIONS ????? when she greeted me at... the window she said "yeah you're gonna have to hang on a minute." And walked away for 10+ minutes. Read more
My order was not correct. When I went back to ask for the food that I ordered, the manager Sara was very rude to me. She made me... wait for over 5 minutes to receive my correct order and it was cold when she handed it over. I can now understand whyrestaurants can't find good help. Took 10 minutes for the man to even get my card so I could pay and another 5 minutes before I got my food.
