Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. I wish I could post negative stars. Got Delivery from Wendy's -- driver forgot to give... me food ordered and drove away - or maybe they just kept it for themselves. Either way I did not get it. When calling theWendy's Customer Service line I got nothing but a busy signal for 20 minutes. I called the store and was promptly stonewalledby the ineffectual and completely impotent "manager" on duty who seemed to have no problem throwing his ego around, but couldn'tproperly handle my problem. As I'm sure someone from the establishment will no doubt come on here and say - i was told "wedon't deal with doordash orders or the app". NEWS. FLASH - making an order through the app that is fulfilled by a specificlocation MAKES THEM RESPONSIBLE. It's no different than if I am in the drive-thru or if I visit their lobby. The food isordered and handed to the customer. The intermediary is irrelevant and any attempt by Wendy's to circumvent responsibility oraccountability is completely unacceptable. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION - any attempt on their part of customer service orattempting to appear like they care enough to try to rectify the situation have passed and there is no way they will earn myrespect again. The shift leader or supposed "manager" on duty on September 19, 2022 at 3:45 pm is derelict of duty andcompletely unfit for his job. Read more
Super slow, 18 min in drive though..not kidding, and girl at window barely spoke, couldn't understand the mumbles. No apologies... ir anything for the wait. Idk whats going on in there but very disappointing Read more
We ordered a baconator cambo large size and a number 1 combo and a large strawberry frosty.. the fries were stale and cold the... bacon was so hard it could not be chewed the burger meat was dry and cold we called the store and just got a rude person whorefused to give her name and told us we just wanted free food and hung up I am done with Centralia Wendy's and I will guarantee we wont get a call about this review Read more
The food was good but, we went inside to eat. The guy behind the counter was almost too high to take our order and ALL of the... tables were dirty. When I asked a manager to clean one off she rolled her eyes and walked away, we didn't see her for the restof the time. Our table never even got wiped down. Read more

Super slow. Food was good. As soon as I pulled to the window they asked me what I ordered. I think they gave my order to someone... else because I had to wait while they made it. Gave me my frosties when first pulled up to the window then had to wait whilethey made my stuff. Frosties melted. It was an abnormal bad experience.
