This store is the worst ran store I?ve come across. I?ve began going to other towns to order pizza because this Centralia one... burns their pizza, never gets the pizza through the app, or has 2 hour wait times. I?m done after 3 strikes in a row with thisstore?s pizza window in 3 months. I went to corporate after the last strike. This store won?t change anything about their pizzaservice. I just recently moved to Centralia. I have been disappointed by both the quality of the pizza and the level of customer service.... Having been a customer of Casey?s for over 10 years in Columbia, I expected the same quality and service in Centralia.Unfortunately, that is not the case. I gave them 3 chances. All 3 times the pizza was undercooked and 2 of the times thetreatment by the staff was subpar. During my recent delivery, the driver lectured me about not meeting the minimum purchaserequirement for delivery. I didn?t understand that because I ordered a $15.99 pizza and had tipped her $5 and they charged me a$2 delivery fee. I guess what she had a problem with is that I used my 10 box tops to pay for it which Casey?s App allowed meto do. I didn?t appreciate the lecture or her attitude. When I emailed customer service that night, I have not received aresponse. So I recommend choosing another pizza place. Read more

friendly staff, great coffee, donuts, and pizza plus other snacks..clean and well kept
