Messed up our order. No drink, missing items. Used mobile order and still had to go through drive thru.

I realize the job market is tight but surely you can find employees smart enough to get orders right. I have had it with getting... messed up orders. Everybody who works here seems more worried about getting the order out fast and not correct. Slow down andget it right. I will not be back. Read more
We were waiting over 20 minutes for our food and we were told to pull up into the reserved drive thru and the drive in was going... faster. We never got our food, but thankfully we got the money back ???? Read more
Haven't been to a McDonalds for several months. What a shock. Prices are WAY up and sandwich size is 2/3 of a year ago. Dining... room floor was nasty as was the men's room. Photos of poorly cleaned dividers. Drink machine hadn't been wiped down in a while. Apparently Covid cleaning is a thing of the past. Read more
Most disgusting restaurant I've ever been too. Tables littered with old food and trash all over the floor, barely any customers... (shown in the photos) yet the 5 employees standing by the drive thru, chit chatting, couldn't even be bothered to speak to thefew customers present. It was bad enough to the point that my mother began to clean up the trash until I explained that itwasn't her job and if the crew didn't wanna do theirs then they should face their consequences. My daughter never received adrink with her happy meal and my food was burnt, I'm surprised we got anything at all considering you're supposed to take atable marker when self ordering but there were none available since they were just stacked behind the line, where, for themajority of the time, had zero employees, for a solid 15 minutes, there wasn't one crew member even in sight, so the fewcustomers are forced to self order. I no longer cared to do anything but leave at this point. Do NOT take your families to thisMcDonald's for fear of getting food poisoning or some other disease coming from filth, not to mention your paying to do theirjob between placing your own order and cleaning up an area to eat then repeatedly going back to the counter or hunting down anemployee to get the remaining items you paid for but didn't receive. Why are we paying these people when they obviously serve nopurpose?! They should be flat out ashamed and embarrassed. If I could put negative stars, I would. FYI...the photos doabsolutely no justice.
