Staff was very unprofessional and both ladies that were working were sitting on top of the table where the food gets prepared.... Pizza was very messy and my request to have it cut in squares was ignored. The cashier immediately tore my receipt without evenasking if I wanted it and when I asked her for it she grunted at me and told me that next time I should've asked for it andproceeded to dig in the trash to give me thorn receipt instead of printing me out a new one Read more

Everytime I order a salad I get rotting vegetables. The lettuce is brown and the tomatoes are complete mush. The pizza is pretty... good tho if you get the correct toppings. Read more
Centralia pizza hut is always good for me. Pizza was exactly what I ordered, fresh and hot.
I ordered a large 3 topping pizza..medium crust, wings and cheese bread for delivery. Ordering was difficult, had to repeat... order several times..and delivery took an hour. Ordered from this location twice in the past month. Both times, I ordered contactless carryout. Both times when I call the... number posted in the parking spots for carryout, nobody inside would answer the phone. First time, went inside after phoneringing more than 13 minutes, and the second was after 10 minutes. Was informed that not answering the phone was not ignoringthe customer, but they were very busy. First time, they were busy, and I was able to keep my patience. The second, there wereonly a couple of customers in the restaurant, no carryout going out. I know due to shortage but the wait was very long. A complimentary coupon of apology would have gone a long way in making us... feel appreciated for waiting so long and being patient. Update: twice now Pizza that I ordered online through the app withsomehow changed before it reached the store. The first time I thought okay maybe human error, benefit of the doubt but thesecond time I double checked everything and had someone else double check it. The same issue happened and the crust was changedfrom thin to traditional which was the same issue as the time before. This time I went into the store to talk to the manager andthe only resolution was okay well next time you order on the app just call the store and make sure that we change the crust.They didn't offer to remake the pizza even though I told them that I wasn't going to eat the pizza even though I had alreadyprepaid for it the only solution was to call the store next time.
