I am NEVER one to complain. But, tonight I called Domino's to inform them that whatever driver they had this evening was not... helping promote their business in anyway. I was driving behind the delivery car tonight, a person was attempting to turn on aquite busy street. The deliever driver was driving up VERY close and honking at the car trying to turn. I understand completelythat pizza has to get to houses at a timely matter. But, seriously? So I called to inform the manager on duty. Charles his name,didn't seem to even give to even care that I called, didn't even thank me for informing me and said "I'll talk to her" and thenHUNG UP! Ordered 8 pcs Garlic Parmesan wings they sent boneless wings with no sauce, then when I called and complained they said oh we'll... fix it.. be there in about 50 minutes.... I called them right back not about to sit for an hour waiting for everyone to be doneand my food not to have gotten there and the manager says they don't even have any wings, they've been out for the day. . . . 10dollar credit to my account... This place was fine a couple months ago. Now they just plain are the same old place. Good thingthe new motto has changed. I'm reporting this location. Read more
I ordered a phillysteak pizza pan style. It was overcooked, and only four pieces of meat on the entire pizza. There was no... toppings on the outer two inches of pizza all the way around.way too much green peppers. It looked more like a greenpepper andmushroom pizza. Read more
Did a curbside phone order. Went to order their boneless buffalo wings. He asked what saucebid like, I said the sauce that's... baked on them is fine. The guy on the phone said they don't bake them with the sauce on the chicken wings. I mentioned I gotthem from here that way and he proceeded to correct me. This is the only Domino's in Centralia!!! So I got a box of chickennuggets with Buffalo dipping sauce. I go home and do an online order, I get what I was looking for with the sauce baked on thechicken wings. Picture on the left is an online order and the one on the right is the curbside phone order. I paid $40 for 12pieces of chicken. I won't be doing this again. Read more
