Have not been here for 6 years since mother passed away. Tired of Dennys food. Had the double cheese burger, curly fries, hot... coffee. Coffee was great just the right temp and taste. Cheese burger was done right and juicy. Fries was fresh and just rightcrush to them. The young male working was great to talk to and joke with. The female cashier was fun to have take order. Placewas clean in the order department and the eating area. But I was the only one there. Need some music playing. Will go backagain. Thanks UPDATE 11/05/22:Grate place to eat. Last few times I have been here lobby was closed due to staffing shortage. Notall people like eating in their cars. I guess it's time for another eating place. Read more
I hadn't been to Jack in the Box in ages but decided to go for tacos a few days ago. I was appalled by how much prices have gone... up! I know prices are up everywhere but a jumbo jack now costs 5.19! And that's without adding cheese! Insane! And the cheapestoption for a burger for my 3 year old was the junior jumbo jack which was almost 4 dollars. There's no regular old cheeseburgeron the menu. So .. the customer service isn't bad but.. order was completely wrong idk who in the hell puts ketchup on a taco... not hot... sauce but ketchup... and or substituting shredded cheese for a kraft single ????.. but hey your employees are sweet .. unlikethe miracle whip yall pass of as 100% mayonnaise? This place use to be booming on the inside but since the pandemic it's gone by the wayside. Use to be all kind of people working... but now you're good if there's even a handful of people working. The drive through is still busy maybe a bit of wait time (likeevery where else). The great thing is tje food is still great & the servers are friendly & helpful as well as prompt with theorders. This location it need a better management ,first at night time there?s employees inside and they never answer the cars,... sometimes they?re smoking by the front door And today Decide to go and place an order I repeat my order five time and they stillcannot get my order right, I asked for 4 tacos only lettuce they give me the tacos with hot sauce and cheese only , I askedfor my onion ring To be fresh and I got onion rings hard like rock has really bad flavor like maybe that oil need to be changeor was on holding time for ever and I try to call to let then know so the phone is not available how I supposed get my orderright ? Food is standard fast food, but the staff was amazing. Stopped for a quick roadtrip breakfast. My special needs son had a... full-on melt down, but the staff couldn't have been more patient and understanding. I was obviously a stressed out dad, andappreciated their calm, reassuring and helpful attitude. Used to love stopping here after work since it was the only place open. Website and Google both say they're open 24/7, even... allows online ordering. Sign in drive-through window says they close at 4 for mandatory breaks. Not sure if that's been updated,as the last few months I've tried stopping anywhere from 2 AM - 4:30 AM and their drive-through is blocked. I know many otherpeople have posted similar issues, but the owner of this location doesn't seem to care as nothing's been done to ensure they'reopen when they say they are, or to update their hours open online Read more
