Twice now we have tried to get KFC chicken for dinner. Last time they were out...no original. Nor were they going to have any an... hour before closing. Tonight, no original again. At 5:30 p.m. Half an hour wait, minimum. I don't know who's in charge now, butit is as if no one is! If the manager can't manage, it's time to get someone who can. Thess two times aren't the first badexperiences we've had. But they are about the last! Pizza doesn't run out of pizza. And lately, we seem to be getting it muchmore reliably than KFC's chicken! Went to the drive through, was told they did not have chicken at 6 pm. Said they had to make some and it would be 18 minutes to... pay and park. We did. 45 minutes later I went in and asked where our chicken was? We ordered a 12 piece by the way?I was told itwas not their problem we ordered so much food and that smaller orders took priority. Refused to give me corporates number. Threwmy food at me. NEVER going back. Worst customer service ever. I wish there was an option for negative stars! Read more
We've been coming here for years. Always had great service and great food. Tonight the girl at the window was snotty and rude.... Said we'd need to wait for 14 or 30 minutes depending on the chicken we wanted. Why did no one tell us this when I was orderingmy food? There was already someone else waiting and someone behind me so I had to maneuver my car to park out of the way to waitfor my son's food. We're still waiting. We will not be coming back. Read more
They gave the delivery guy only half the order, costing us the delivery price plus gas money. I went to pick the rest up, and... they were so rude, made me wait while they complained about me. The worst person was the young lady at the counter. She didn'twant to give me honey because she said we didn't get biscuits. The biscuits were in the half that was actually delivered, whichwere cold by the time I got back with the chicken. It was all their fault, yet they blamed us and the delivery guy. Ordered two boxes. A 3 piece and a 4 piece. We were told that the biscuits would be ready in about 15 minutes. We said ok no... problem. When we got to the window we were asked if on the 4 piece we would like 4 legs. We said no how long would it be to waitfor the chicken? They told us not much longer than the biscuits so we said ok. After waiting 35 minutes for our order we finallywent back up to the window to ask if our order was ready yet. (After watching 6 cars get their orders). They told us it would beabout 11 more minutes. We got our money back and left. When we got there they had 3 hours before closing. The employees actedlike none of them knew what they were supposed to do. This is not the first time either. Great service and the young man taking our order was great! More importantly they treated people with kindness. My family... stopped in for dinner on 7/6/22 and we witnessed a tender act of kindness by those working there. There was a young homeless manwho came in the restaurant he was offered a free drink when he came to the counter. He had a hard time asking if there wasanything he could do to earn a meal and the employee he asked couldn?t quite understand what he was asking. I noticed what wasgoing on and offered him some of our food to eat. They then understood what he was asking and they offered him a chance to helptake some of the trash out to the dumpster and he took the opportunity to help out. Not sure how it ended but they showedcompassion and that?s good in my book. Read more
Been getting chicken here all my life, even before it also became an A&W. Was always Grandma's favorite. Unfortunately, the... quality seems to be a far cry from what it used to be. My mom recommended the new chicken sandwiches and I thought that soundedgreat. Her and dad got two classic chicken sandwiches, I got the spicy. Ironically enough, the lit billboard on the sign saysthat these chicken sandwiches are cooked to order, however the chicken fillet on my sandwich was SOOOOOOO old! It was veryobvious that it had been sitting in a warming cabinet for hours. The edges were rock hard all the way around. Mom and dad didn'tsay anything about theirs, I just hope my dad was able to gnaw through his sandwich being that he has dentures. Just completelyunacceptable, especially when the main advertising point on the lit up billboard says the chicken is cooked to order because mysandwich absolutely was not. Very disappointed in the sandwich. Mom and I did however get blended floats that were pretty darngood. Kinda hard to mess that up though! Read more
