Recently discovered the local store can charge your credit card without your permission or knowledge if you have it attached to... the app. I went through to redeem a freebie, gave them the code from the app, did not make a purchase, was still charged. I didnot make a purchase through the app, the store should not be allowed to charge my credit card. I saved the card to the app, Idid not give it to the store. They said it was just a mistake with the register, and refunded the money, but I wondered howoften this happened so I went back through some receipts since there aren't many. Looks like a couple months ago I redeemed a20% off coupon, there were two charges on my credit card that day, one for the amount I thought I paid, and one for the 20% thatwas supposed to have been the discount. So twice now they have charged my credit card without my knowledge and without mypermission and without the credit card, all because they have issues with their registers. They know they can do it, they aredoing it, they are not fixing it when they do it, so it's basically stealing. Read more
They do not have the adult happy meals at this location. I went there tonight and even though they are on the menu board they... don't have them. I ask the drive thru cashier when they would be selling them. She then proceeded to ask me if I was a kid,which clearly I am not. She then told me they were over 13 dollars which would be better spent in my gas tank. I was so mad Ijust left the window and called the manager when I got home. He was very apologetic about what she said to me. Read more
I asked for extra crispy French fries. They are so unprofessional. Fighting with a customer about how they are not allowed to... put them Down longer. I have a child with a sensory disorder and he needs extra crispy. Meaning the fries need to be down for 7+ minutes. He needs them burnt. This place is so unprofessional. I'm very unhappy and will be calling the owners. Read more
We stop at this McDonald?s on our Vacation. The service was one of the best.

Sure, it's just a McDonalds; why would you even need a review when you know exactly what you're getting? However, the service at... this McDonald's is top-of-the-line, and I've never had a negative experience with the workers here. Great dine-in atmosphere,too, and taken together these elements really elevate this particular fast food restaurant. Read more
