I know times are tough for a lot of restaurants but what the heck his going here? Why is my order being delivered through Door... Dash when I placed it through the Pizza Hut app?! Those drivers don't even get background checks!! Any creepy weirdo could becoming to my house. This is super upsetting also because Door Dash etc have been know to steal/tamper with customersorders. Also, the delivery times are always out of whack! I understand if it's busy but at least reflect that on theapp/website. I swear this place has seriously gone down in the last year. Really sad as it's my fav pizza place in town.Probably not going to order again anytime soon. Read more
Went in for a instore carry out,went to counter to order,simple order 1 cheese large pizza with thite sauce and one large... pep,sausage and bacon,with white sauce,pretty simple right well they got one right and one wrong,unfortunately the person at regwon't say who she was new also did not know specials,or how many topping I could add to pizza was unsure,passed me a menu whichdoes not show deals they have,once home found out pizza was wrong how depressing,had to get back on phone call store explainwhat happened again and was refunded.. Over all the place is very well kept,and clean,would recommend either cheat sheets at regor a little better knowledge of ur products and what u are selling over all could of been worse Read more
Ate in. Pizza was great and customer service was very good too. We had the large cheese pan pizza. I?d say my only complaint is... the music coming from the kitchen wasn?t exactly family friendly and was loud enough to be heard in the dining room. Read more
Basic flavors, ingredients don't seem to be of high quality. Service extremely slow, ordered for curbside pickup, waited 20... minutes outside and still had to go in to get my order. When I went inside I assumed they were busy, but in fact only 2 of thetables in the whole place had people at them. I remember a time when going to pizza hut was exciting but they have definitelygone down hill in all areas. Read more
If you are open for dining in please turn on the heat. It was extremely cold in your restaurant which made my wife unhappy which... makes me unhappy. When we told the clerk it was freezing inside he said ?its warmer than outside.? That made her even moreupset. Complete fail today. $15 large deal, skimpy toppings. Read more
The first time I've been called to pick up and deliver from Pizza Hut. It couldn't have been a better experience. I was there to... pick up two separate orders. A total of five pizza's. I have one insulated pizza bag that a friend of mine gave me who used todoor dash herself. Door Dash gave me a one insulated bag but I did get the best use out of it...1,014 deliveries in my first 10months ???? It wore out about them. Door Dash wants me to buy another one but I don't think I'm going to. I've been using oneof my own hot bags and it actually keeps the food warmer anyway. So PIZZA ???? HUT... The two especially on the ball, pleasant,and very sweet helpful gal's up front gave me another pizza bag and separated the orders and even helped me with the orders tomy truck. You see about an hour earlier I'd just picked up an order from Safeway and put the order in my truck. As I shut myback door a truck of similar size came from behind me and turned into the parking space beside me. I seen he was really closeand went to step away but it wasn't fast enough and he hit me. God's grace because one inch more, instead of just pushing my legagainst my truck, well I don't think I would have made my first pick up and delivery from Pizza Hut that day. Worse service I have ever recieved. I placed an order through their online system I wanted large stuffed crust pizza, light... sauce with bacon, pepperoni and red onion. With 8 boneless wings and a bbq side. This is what I got..... called customer serviceand they told me my order got put in their system as a rectangle pizza with pepperoni and onion. Guy wont do a dang thing eventhough the order summary is different then what they recieved. Will not be ordering from pizza hut again! Was going to break anexpensive diet for it. Read more
