This location continues to make substitutions to meals without informing customers. Example: out of sliced cheese so they put... shredded cheese on burgers/fries. It wasn?t melted. We were also told we were waiting on fresh fries but they were cold. I don?tknow if management is aware of these substitutes but the bare minimum you need to inform your customers before purchasing so wecan either decide to accept it or go somewhere else. Read more
Got everything other half wanted for his order and I didn?t finish my order here. The past several times I have went here they... haven?t had baked potatoes. Usually I order a baconator and sub out fries for a baked potato. But haven?t been able to getbaked potato lately so I didn?t order my meal. Asked staff why no baked potato and was told because only make a couple at atime, and they take 45 minutes to make. So advice now is call ahead and make sure they have baked potato if that is what youwant. Read more
Karla is a worthless sorry excuse for a manager. Every single time I pick up a doordash from this location while she's managing,... I'm waiting at least 5 minutes after the food was supposed to be done. No excuses for that when they choose the time the foodwill be ready to be picked up. Terrible ordering experience. Confused our order with another, got the sizes of our meals and beverages wrong, gave my wife the... wrong beverage, and took a very rude tone with us when we didn't even voice any of our complaints. If not for the rudeness ofthe cashier, I would have just chalked it up to inexperience and moved on with my day. Read more
Well, we just had an excellent experience here. Our food looked like the pictures. It took very slightly longer than usual but... the more mature window employee was genuinely apologetic and had great customer service. Honestly, with staffing the way it is,I just expect to wait where ever I go. But, they did great and were quick. Read more
Fries weren't even crispy more so limp as if they were sitting out. Glad they weren't supper soggy, but didn't eat any after the... first one. The chicken sandwich was sad, very little meat inside the crispy chicken. Read more
I came through the drive thru 20 min before closing and a male employee told me they were closed. I stated the time and then a... female asked me for my order. When I was half way home I bit into one of the last 3 nuggets I had left and to my surprise mymouth became on fire. They had given me a surprise of spicy nuggets on the bottom of the regular ones. My sandwich had nolettuce or tomato which is supposed to be on it, and my mayo was only applied to the bottom half, and when I say that I mean noother bite I took had any sauce except for the very last one. I'm extremely discouraged and I'm calling in the morning to have atalk with someone higher up. Read more
