This McDonald?s was closed on one of the busiest nights in town a HOME football game. They only stay open until 9pm on Friday... nights anyway ,which is terrible business, when we stopped by at 8:30 pm we were turned away saying they were closed. I went through DT 2day and was behind this customer. This girl comes on the headset and says welcome to mcdonalds will you be... using your mobile app 2day. The LADY says no. The girl says what can I get for you. LADY said "2 mc doubles no onion." I headthe girl on the headset clearly talking to a crew person about how to work the register and to pull them up. The LADY proceedsto talk down to the girl on headset and tells her that her attention should be on her. The lady on the headset states thatshe's multitasking and taking her order and helping her new staff. The ask if those were bundles amd the lady on headset saidno, just the mcdoubles because that's all she's order would she like her to add the fries. The lady said no and drives off. Iplace my order and get up to the window. The lady ahead of me is inside the store belittling this lady calling her a whitemonkey looking arse amiung other things. The lady asked for her name and the lady on the headset said GM. She stated she wasgoing to call Corp. Gm said okay. The lady proceeded to call her names out the door. The crew was just apologizing to thecustomer. This new GM did nothing wrong. and I see change in this store. Read more
This McDonald's in Centreville AL needs to be closed down. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed. The building is... way out of date, they constantly get orders incorrect, the food really isn't that good and the employees aren't thenicest. When you order food through the app most of the time they cannot fulfill the order due to being out of stock ordiscontinuing the item ordered. This McDonald's discontinued making milk shakes, what a joke! Read more

Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before even having my order taken. Then waited another 15 minutes for a simple double... cheeseburger and mcflurry with only one person ahead of me. Best part, my medium mcflurry looked like 2 scoops of ice cream,barely half full. Read more
