I had really high hopes for this place, but was sadly disappointed. It was my first time visiting; as this place was recommended... to me by a friend. The pizza was OK, but the customer service and the overall experience is why I gave this place a one star. Iplaced my order on my car speaker while driving; and there was a loud noise on the road when I was trying to complete my order.The gentleman, who I believe was the owner of the store, said something, and then hung up the phone. When I called back to therestaurant to ask what he said, and to make sure he got my order correct; because I didn?t give him my name or phone number; orget a total, or order confirmation; his response was, ?why are you calling again?I have your order?I?ve spent too much time onthe phone already.? I was shocked! At that point I refused to give this restaurant my service. Had it not been for my hungry momin the car, who talked me into picking up the food, I would?ve said forget it. But I ended up picking up the food; and insteadof the man apologizing; he wrote it off because he was busy. Busy or not, he had no right to be rude and abrupt on the phone.Customer service is what can make or break a business. I would not recommend this place, and I will not be returning. Read more
Wasn't impressed. Wanted to try somewhere different. Hadn't eaten anywhere in Centreville in years . The service was good if I... had to only rate the young man at the counter the lady not so much , she's been there to long not welcoming AT ALL . I explainedthat I had never been there before she just looked at me like " ok lets go lady what do you want " . I ordered and sat down. She brought me a container with what looked to be fixings for my uncles burger. Really, the salad had lettuce, tomatoessliced for a burger, a couple of onions and pickles. Yes pickles . I took it back up for an explanation . She said that's theway it is, the salad . I asked really , is it a culture thing? I was serious. She said if u don't want it I can take it back ordo you want it? I told her no I did not want it but I had never saw in my life a salad with Pickles that look like Burger Fixinsshe walked away and said that they've been doing it for 20 some odd years. I told her I get that but I had never been therebefore. Not friendly at all The food was so so. But I'm afraid I will never return again unless the young guy at the registergets his own place LOL. Real customer service. No worries though , people are who they are. It's all good . As for the food,service and atmosphere I'll give it 3 stars . Read more
ALWAYS had great food from them until tonight. Ordered 2 slices of pizza at 457pm pick up in 10mins. Get home and pizza crust... was hard and cheese over cooked almost burnt. Not sure if it was left over from lunch or what but I wasn?t happy tonight firsttime in 3 years Read more
Very nice place, not a lot of seating but the food was good. Pizza, garlic knots, and meatball subs were good and service was... quick. $25 for a family of 3, everything was well priced! Read more
This is the best pizza I've ever had. The owners developed their recipe in Italy and you can really taste the quality and effort... that they put into making it. The only drawback is that there's no delivery service so you have to pick up your order in person.It's totally worth it, though. If they had a delivery service then all of the other pizza restaurants within a 10 mile radiuswould be out of business within a month. Read more
I kinda wish I had read the reviews before ordering my food. I ordered two slice and French fries. First my fries were old and... you can tell that it was just reheated with a few fresh fries I mean hard as bricks and Stale for some.
