I ordered my two pizzas this evening from Domino?s in Centreville, Maryland after a very long day. I ordered a large thin crust... and a medium pan pizza. The order was ready at 6:30 and I was there around 6:40 to pick it up. I hit the ?I?m here? button andat 6:54 I finally had to call and let them know I was sitting in front of the door like advised by their website. When theyFINALLY brought my order to me I asked them if the pizza was going to be cold. The girl said it was sitting on the warmer. Ilive about 5 mins away and as soon as I got home I looked at the Pan pizza. The pan pizza was soggy and thin (as thin as theiroriginal pizza), and when I tasted the thin crust it was luke warm and soggy. It tasted worse than Chuck E Cheese pizza. I wouldhave been better off buying and cooking my own frozen pizza at this point. However my screaming 2 year olds who is starving andhas had an accident in his car seat wasn?t going to get me in the grocery store so I called the store manager Jennifer. She wasless than helpful, as she heard my screaming 2 year old in the background she only gave me the option of driving back to thestore with my order even after I asked her to deliver, she refused and said she would only replace my order if I came back tothe store. I went here for the convenience of the curbside as any mother with a screaming toddler would appreciate but theywon?t be seeing our business ever again! Read more
Very friendly staff and food is done in a timely manner. Only issue I've had is if you're getting carry out they often will... forget an item (dipping sauce or salad etc) but not every time and I usually catch it. Read more
I honestly dont care for dominos pizza compared to other national chains. Its all i have near my house so i eat it ever so... often. This dominos location always delivers pizza quickly and hot . However do not order extra sauce with your order. I alwaysorder garlic or hot and never get it. Not worth the time to call and complain. other than that, they are great Read more
They fired me after i complained about management to corporate. Then management made up a fake story based off of my actual... story and used that to fire me. When asked why im being fired i was told ?Because i dont like you? i had only missed one day ofwork total and was never late. The owner is a total liar and ignorant. Oh btw the food sucks and they have bugs in the back.Where they leave bags of trash to sit next to the pizza boxes until the end of the night. Enjoy your garbage juice pizza! Read more
(Michele L Craycraft) I ordered Pizza and Wings and Salad for the family when I picked up the order it was wrong. I wonder what... would have happened had I let them deliver it? I told the young lady behind the counter after receiving the order and placing itin the car the sauces and salad are missing. She stated I did not order a salad then the young boy behind the counter with hersaid smartly give her a salad for free the customer is always right. Then another young man chimed in I do not know why you wanta salad they hurt my stomach, You ordered allot of food why do you need a salad? By this time my food is getting cold. So Iasked the young lady for a receipt and she hands me a short receipt with no products on it. Then she says here's 4 garlic sauceI told her I needed other sauce that people ordered for the hot wings ect... She said do you remember what they were. I said noI ordered it online so I asked her how she assembled the order she said she could see it on the computer I asked her to printthat receipt. She did on that receipt were all the sauces I ordered that I might mention I had to pay for each and every onethey are not free and the Salad I ordered that the workers insisted I did not need and was free. I left with cold food and afeeling of being violated and bullied by the workers. I ordered from Dominoes tonight for Centreville Elementary PTA it is myfirst and last time I will stick with Coliseum Pizza! Read more
I'm giving a 4 star only for the fact that our cheesy breadsticks weren't cooked all the way through last night. Tasted like... straight dough, so we just threw it in the oven at home not really a big deal, but quality is a crucial factor when dealing withfood for fat guys like myself. With that being said, we love our local Domino's, always on time and the food is always hot whendelivered or we pick it up and the customer service is always on point lately. Definitely recommend.
