My complaint is primarily about the McDonald's app which often crashes and requires multiple logins before it will work.
I was asked by the amazing manager to leave a review via my receipt this morning but I couldn?t find it unfortunately. But... whatever manager that was working this morning 10/26/22 was absolutely amazing. I had some mobile order troubles beforebreakfast had ended this morning before 11am and she went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. Order taken incorrectly, correct part of order left out of bag. Upon going back to counter twice to collect missing items, was... told one item was not originally ordered. Had to repurchase. Manager was not helpful. There were four of us dining spent over$40 for a less than positive experience. Read more
The manager (one of "too many" according to her) on duty was very nice; however, it was freakin filthy in there and unorganized.... The workers seemed to be in I don't gaf mode. Read more
Drive through took 15 minutes, food was cold as a result I'm sure. Asked for a certain sauce, got something totally different,... had 5 drinks, only got 4 straws. I keep giving this crew the benefit of the doubt, but they keep disappointing. This store isterrible Read more
I'll start off by saying I usually have a great experience at this McDonald's but today was pretty bad. They completely skipped... all the toppings on my chicken sandwich - I came home with two crispy buns and a piece of chicken - that's it. They also forgotthe cheese on both of my kid's cheeseburgers. I can't even fill out their survey on the receipt to complain about it properlybecause their receipts aren't legible. Read more
