Hello, I don't usually complain about things but I feel like I should speak out about the Johnny's in Centreville. I have been a... long standing customer since it was owned by the Rangler's, I even used to work at it when I was just out of high school. I shopthere everyday for my cigarettes and other things. The place has gone downhill since the newest manager took it over. It used tobe a very friendly environment where you knew the cashiers by name and they knew you being a "regular" but those cashiers areall gone and the new ones are very rude, and unprofessional in my opinion. The cooler is always out of drinks. I can hardlyever by the propell, just my last visit the entire shelf was bare but the very next day there was a few bottles. I haven't beenable to buy several kinds of pop at the same time which would have never been the case before. I have even had to ask for a caseof beer which you could clearly see it in the back of the cooler. I have had to stand in a line clear down the isle to thecooler with only one cashier on register or while the other cashier is just chit chatting with someone. I have even startedchecking the expiration date on the snacks because I have bought outdated product off the shelves and the open air cooler thatmade me sick. I have bought coffee that tasted stale, bought cappuccino french vanilla and it tasted like pumpkin spice, I don'tthink they even clean that machine. In my opinion this is the worst Johnny's around. Dirty and disgusting, rarely keeping theproducts stocked. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give it 0. You should really look into these issues. Read more

Nice store. Nice people. But prices are usually the highest in the area due to this being the only station in Centreville.

4th of July at approx 12:30 pm I witnessed a customer being treated horribly. Whoever the two people were working the registers... were calling the poor girl names & treating her terrible. The girl just questioned why they waited on someone that just came inthe store instead of the people waiting in line. Wow. Very poor customer service. Read more
