Staff needs to work on people skills
Staff is extremely courteous, well done, Subway.
One person working. He had no help and kept apologizing. I told him to quit apologizing and thanked him for coming to work... unlike lazy people who don't want to work. Stood in line for 40 min while one person was trying to do walk ins and internetorders. Shame on subway for letting this happen. The guy did great and the food was delicious as always. Just a warning to those that are careful, the Centerville subway has several female employees that are NOT washing their hands... even after handling register and money or their own clothing. I could not even eat my sub, the employees shirt was nasty andunwashed, I could actually smell them across the counter, I dont think they showered in days. Several veggies were frozen anddisgusting. Only one person working with it being busy. I only have 30 mins to take my break and it took me 20 mins for him to even get to... me and I walked out because only had a few mins left and he shook his hat and touched his hair. Poor poor service. Worst subwayI've been to. Read more
I always love Subway, it's my favorite fast food restaurant. However, there was only one person working and had a large catering... order she was working on when we arrived. The pickles were not fresh even after I asked for new ones. Then I tried to installthe Subway rewards app and it crashed my phone!!! I was lucky enough to uninstall the app in the Google Play Store!!! Read more
My daughter stopped and picked up three 6 inch subs for lunches today. 2 of them were tuna. The girl only put 1 scoop of tuna on... each sandwich. The bread was hard and crusty on my sandwich, which was NOT toasted. Worst sub I have ever had. Read more
