I hardly ever write a reviews on Yelp but I had to share my bad first experience here. I came in around lunch and there were no... customers but there were two ladies who worked there just sitting in front talking, one of which was doing her makeup. Which Ifelt looked very unprofessional, especially when the establishment is open and customers can walk in. She could have used therestroom to freshen up if needed. It was my first time there so I asked to have a minute while I looked at the menu. The firstlady (makeup lady) who was going to ring me up got impatient and just walked away. I was ready but I kindly waited for her toreturn in which she took longer so the other lady took care of my order. I told the lady I would be dining in when I placed myorder and they took my payment upfront. The service was pretty slow but I didn't say anything just waited. Finally, one or theladies (makeup lady) told me my order was ready and I saw it was packed up. And I looked at her confused saying I asked to dinein? And she looked at me with an attitude and said "you want to eat here?!" And I just responded yes. She then starts speakingKorean in what seemed to be an annoyed tone. Again, the service was so slow. I thought with my food being already prepared itwouldnt haven't taken much time to transfer it to an eating bowl. But again, I didn't complain I just waited. I ordered theGamjatang which was okay. I felt like it could have been more flavorful but I asked for more rice. When I finished eating Ireminded one of ladies (makeup lady) that I needed to pay for the extra rice and she told me it was $1.50 and I told her okaythat's fine and pulled out my card. She asks me "you're going to be paying by card?" Again, with an annoyed tone. And I lookedat her like yeah...? The taste was ok, but their lettuce was not well cleaned and the service was sub par. I don’t see the point of tacking on... automatic gratuity for a large party if you’re not going to provide better-than-average service. Read more
Very very very rude waitress. We went there for lunch today, and we were group of 4. The food was okay, and price for dishes... were reasonable. However, we left 15% tips, and when we were about to leave, the waitress rushed to our table and requested usto give her 18%. That’s ridiculous. It is a lunch, and we were group of 4 people not 6, and the service is just okay. Pleasetrain your waitress properly before you let her work in the store. Will never come back again ever. Read more
Drove an hour from Maryland to try this place and it did not disappoint. Got soondae, soondae soup, and soondae stir fry. ... Everything tasted awesome, and the employees were friendly and attentive. Wish I lived closer! Read more
It’s 2pm and they’ve already run out of the chapsal soondae. Asked for a refund for my order and they are asking me to come... to the restaurant to get my refund. Ordered naengmyun before and received only a cup of yuksu. Explained to Ubereats that it waslike ordering spaghetti and not getting enough sauce but they didn’t understand. Was told to talk with the restaurant. Gopjangsoup tasted gritty. Budae jigae is bland. This place use to be good but I guess they changed cooks. Read more
I drove down from PA to this restaurant on the weekend and had what was by far the best Sundae & Sundae soup I have ever had in... US. I thought I would never find good quality Sundae outside of South Korea but I was wrong. It is very authentic and highquality Sundae just like back in Korea, great service, and very reasonable price for all menu items! It was definitely worth the3 hour drive to this restaurant and I would absolutely go back there again! Read more

Hidden gem! We came here on a cold windy day, and their food didn’t disappoint us. Highly recommend the pork potato soup. The... only downside is there’s not enough room between tables so a bit hard to walk in or out. Read more
