I've been ordering from Bella for years and have been overall happy with the food, but this was the 4th or 5th time I've asked... if they had their house dressing prior to placing my order, and was told yes. It has come with cesar every time! When I'vecalled back to speak with the manager, it's the same apology, and I've been given multiple answers that include, it has been aproblem sourcing ingredients, it's a new employee that didn't know, that is what they're calling house now, or when house runsout, cesar is substituted. They overcharged me $70. They said they would call me back to figure it out and never did. Good pizza. Not worth the 70 extra.
A local treasure. Sometimes a place will have good food so over time you'll explore their menu a bit. Their cheesesteaks are so... good I can't order anything else - and that's after they've cooled a bit on the drive and aren't fresh off the grill. Loadedwith meat and cheese, enough lettuce and tomato to make you feel less guilty eating it and to balance out the steak &cheese. Every time I've ordered their cheesesteak they've been great, but every now and then it feels like they've hired aMichelin star chef. I'm from NY. Not a typical NY pizza but it was good. I ordered the fried mushrooms as well and this is what I got. Called the... store and talked to the manager Alex and he said he's to busy to do quality control. I can't eat a single one of thesemushrooms. That's $4 wasted and my craving appetite. Stay away from their summer pool offers, it is a scam. They will sell you a third grade quality food because their pizza is just... for pool laying kids..... I ordered a chicken pizza today at Centreville, the order was wrong in the first place... Theycorrected it and sent me a horrible extra large chicken pizza... The pizza was tasteless, the chicken was so dry and chewy.Horrible pizza, horrible guy on the phone.... Dominos pizza in Centreville is definitely much better than this Bella crabbypizza..... I travel for work and the Meat Monster is BY FAR the best pizza I?ve ever had. Every where I go I make it a point to try the... local pizza, last night in ND I had a really bad three cheese. Nasty. I think it was the water. You have to be crazy NOT to trythe Meat Monster!! Read more
