Moving and food helped relax, tasted great, just wish they packed bag socustomers could eat, not search for silverware and napkins after delivery. Food wasn?t eat with your hands type offood. Food was amazing. And the new manager, Jenny, who also happened to be our waitress today was absolutely wonderful! Excellent... service! And she was great with our 6 year old and 2 year old. I really wish I could say it was better than it was. But it just wasn?t that great. I recognize there are a LOT of contributing... factors that go into making a restaurant successful. First off, it is unfortunate that this location is not getting the supportfrom the local community that it deserves?and I blame the pandemic for that mostly since Centrevillagers are likely accustomedto eating in on a Monday night. Food is fresher, faster, and typically of much higher quality when the restaurant is full ofpeople. Tonight, however, the restaurant was practically empty, the food was not fresh, was super slow, and of considerably lowquality for what I know Carrabba?s is capable of producing. It?s a vicious circle because these types of ?off? characterexperiences for the consumer tends to foster less of a desire to return. The focus for the management and staff, when there arefew customers should be nothing less than excellent food and excellent service. This would inspire return customers and moreword-of-mouth marketing to friends and family. Tonight just wasn?t their night. I suppose the staff is not incentivizedproperly. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, tip sharing is appropriate. All other nights, the staff, both front of house andback of house, needs to earn a wage that is good enough to make them excited and proud to work there. Offer bonuses onMonday-Thursday nights to staffers that get you the excellent reviews. If you go out of your way to provide 3-star Michelinquality food and service, the reviews will get better?I promise. And, when the reviews get better, the crowds will come back. Read more
A really solid experience after a long trip. Waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. Food was expeditious and delicious.... Drinks were well blended and fantastic. Dinning was surprisingly sparce for a Saturday evening but it made for fast seating.Parking is ample. Read more
We haven?t been here since a while ! So we wanted simple Italian food! The drinks were fine. The server was super friendly and... nice. We asked for the appetiser compo which was good! We like the filled mashroms ! And the souse. Calamari was nice. Kids mealof spaghetti and meat balls ! Was not so great! And the heated plate shows that it may was not Newley made ! My daughter didn?teat into even half. The chicken soup was not in the right heat! Wife asked for eggplants, which was not so great, fries was notnewly made ! This location in Centreville has big dinning space , good food, big portions and their bread with Olive Oil is too good... ????????. Not very crowded , we were party of 10, had good service and enjoyed our appetizers and entrees!! Read more
