There's simply is no excuse for burned coffee which is happening too often. The baked items are good if you get there early. ... There are times when when shelves for the baked goods are empty just after noon. You are better off going to the Chantillylocation. Read more
Halfbaked muffin & a rude staff person. Stopped by the shop arnd 1pm on Sunday, there were 4 ppl ahead of me. Ordered 1 corn... muffin, 1 choc frosted and 10cnt munchkins. When i started eating the corn muffin, i noticed that it was hollow in the middle,looking at it carefully i noticed that it was not baked completely. There was uncooked cake batter still in there. Took themuffin to the pickup area, tried to explain what was the issue. Adorning contemp on her face, the lady at the pickup area askedme rudely, "what do you want me to do about it?". No concern that person might get sick eating half baked goods, no apologies,nothing. I asked her for a replacement. Without checking to see if the other one was good or not, she just packed it up andhanded the bag to me. When i opended it, that muffin was half baked too. I did not go back for another replacement, needless tosay i will never be going there again. Read more
