The food quality was so bad I felt the presence of my Korean ancestors recoil in disgust and leave my body. Service is horrible,... takes close to an hour to get food. There are TONS of other Korean restaurants in the area that I would recommend. I?d rathereat a packet of ketchup than experience this sad excuse of a restaurant. Read more
Like many people commented here, the service worth a 0-star. Food was just okay, not bad but also not as good as other Korean... restaurants in the area. The only waitress was way too rude - pointed us to a seat without saying a word, served wrong dish butinsisted that it was correct (we are not Korean, but we are Korean food lover, so plz don't think that you can fool us), andsqueezed through with a hate face when we prepare to leave and stand on her way. I can understand that when you are busy youdon't have much time taking care of each customer, but such bad service is completely unacceptable. Read more
The first time I came here, I didn't really like the food I ordered. But one late evening, I wanted to go out and dine in... somewhere that's still open so, I decided to come back here and I am super happy I did because I've had the best galbitang herein all of NoVa! I noticed that they are a bit inconsistent with the portions/ingredients but overall, I would still highlyrecommend this place. It's worth trying! Read more
Depending on what time you come in, service may vary. Most importantly, if you are not Korean your service heavily depends on... that and they do not try to hide it at all. I went in at 2AM couple of nights ago - service was prompt, polite, and deliciousfood! Came in today at 11AM and waited an entire hour for our food. 3 other parties came in after my group of 2, and we werealready waiting a while - which I didn't mind since it would be a bumpin time after church. I did start minding when the otherswho came in after we did were served their food before us. 3 other parties of 2, 4 and a single were served their soups and appsbefore we got our order of 2 soups. When I brought this up with our server, she only said it was coming out soon. Noacknowledgement of the wait, but she did offer to refill our banchan. How do I know it was an hour? We watched the TV theentire time. It went from a funny singing talent show to a kdrama and we were halfway through the episode when the food didfinally arrive. 2 of the 3 parties already finished up their meal and left. Normally i love their sullungtang. But today the soup taste old and overcooked from leftovers. Soup was really thick and had bad... meat smell. Call to complain and the employee just wouldnt say sorry and that is due to ingredients added. Don?t think i will becoming back to this store. Read more

zero? I've eaten here more than once, but I won't go back! I don't know if they have a good attitude towards Koreans, but they... have a bad attitude towards people from other countries. Sometimes they don't even reply to me when I talk to them. Actually, Iunderstand Korean... And I know what they're saying... What I can't imagine is that when we left a tip and were already back inthe car to go home, the waiter chased us out! Smile at me and ask me for a bigger tip, I've never seen that happen!
