Ordered food. Confirmed price. When picking up food they said it was a higher amount. I asked the woman (same one always at the... counter) twice if the price included the free general tso’s. She confirmed twice, saying it was free. She did not provide areceipt. I took a menu and confirmed that the prices hadn’t gone up but that she charged me for the order she said was free.Lots of other good choices in the area so done with this place (service has never been impressive). Amazing food! I especially love the Kung Pao Beef and anything with broccoli! Would love the workers to be a little friendlier... during pick-up, but the food is delicious and we often order delivery. Read more
Extremely disappointed. Used to be my favorite spot, no idea what happened. Order was 20 minutes late (already after 40 min... wait and I had to call), wrong, the steamed dumplings aren’t siu mai but some savory sauce steamed beef pierogis (half points,there are just no pics on the app), and the inside of the bag was covered in sauce spilling from the containers. Like an actualpuddle. Super sad. I will still keep the two stars up because maybe their takeout is a different experience and I did used tolike they would customize anything. Read more
I am disappointed with this restaurant after trying it three times. The first time I tried this restaurant, a few months ago, I... really liked the food. I don't know if it was cooked extra special that day or what, but I tried it two more times and the foodsomehow wasn't as good as the first time. This third time, the food was below average. The best thing was probably the GeneralTso's chicken. The chicken lo-mein wasn't that good, the noodles were rubbery, and the dish could have used some mushrooms andonions. I also was not impressed with the chicken and broccoli dish. I think I liked the broccoli more than the chicken itself,which were covered in a very "generic" sauce, which I did not care for too much. I wish I liked it as much as the first time Itried it. Then it was like 5 out of 5, but not anymore. Also the cashier was not very friendly. You simply CANT find REAL egg rolls anymore - but you can here!! They are delicious! As is all of their food. My home and my... office are both inside of their delivery area so I often order it for myself at Home but my office orders from here as well.Approximately 8 of my co- workers and myself have this place at least once or twice per month. We order a huge variety of foodand everyone loves it! They are very polite and their delivery is quick!! Excellent choice for outstanding food! Read more
