I got the wrong pizza twice! And when I called papa Johns, the manager told me that his system was not working and my order was... not in the system! Definitely stated ?Do not ring the bell? at the delivery instruction and checked ?leave the order at the door?. The delivery... driver rings the bell loud and hand me the order. He never saw the instruction for sure. Not worth of 20% tip. Read more
Hashis is a GM there? This guy is the biggest tool and most disrespectful person I've met. This store will Crumble with him... answering complaints. Have ordered from this store plenty. Everything perfect no concerns. Ordered a $70 order and everythingbut the poppers were incorrect. When I called the next day ( store was closed day i Ordered) he told me he couldn't refund meanything. Then proceeded to tell me to stop talking and I better start listening to him. New stuffed crust is super good! I actually like it more than the pizza hut and price is affordable too. Can't wait to try other... speciality pizzas with it. Store is clean, lots of employees working. I see some employees not wearing mask at all or notwearing them correctly and eating in the back. Don't they not have a proper break room? Funny to see the sign on the door thatcustomers should wear a mask regardless of vaccine status. I'm not against any of the COVID measures but I'm not picky either.To put it short, let's be consistant about these measures. Corporate is advertising there's health protocols, but I don't seeany stickers sealing my pizzas and I see inconsistencies in masking every time I visit. The world has not been constant aboutthe health measures and that's why this is never ending. But 1-star deduction is not because of this. On the weekends, storeshould be more organized. Person managing the front should not leave the register except to check if the order is ready. Yeah Iknow, it gets super busy and they're short-staffed but someone should be constantly greeting the customers so people don't getpiled up inside the small storefront. Read more
We recently visited Papa John's to collect our takeout order and were overwhelmed with the kindness from the manager and entire... team. Arriving earlier than our order, my youngest son wanted to watch the pizza making in action so we headed inside thestore. Not only did the manager and team safely invite him 'behind the scenes' to watch the pizza magic in action, they let himmake his own personal pizza. My son has not stopped talking about his incredible visit to Papa Johns. Thank you from thebottom of our hearts for turning a simple pizza pick up into an unforgettable memory!
