Who leaves more than one star here? I have never seen a pho with such few meat pieces. The meat was literally shredded into... small pieces and so small amount! Can barely tasted the meat. Unbelievably stingy with the meat. I usually never leave negativereviews but this place is too much. I am leaving this for other people to avoid and the owner should know what food they areserving. Will not come here again. This place isn?t authentic at all. The spring rolls weren?t fully cooked. The waiter did not stop by... at all other than to drop off the food, and it wasn?t busy.. the place was pretty much empty. I had to get up myself to ask forthe check. Also WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Staffs are nice and thoughtful, but it cannot mask its weakness. The food here is terrible. It is the worst restaurant in... Fairfax. I believe I can cook better than their chief. I order beef noodle, but it smell like ckicken. The soup is tasteless. Mywife ordered roasted meat with noodle but she said the meat was cook on a pan, not on the fire. Pho Bistro was my go to place for Pho over 10 years. However, past few visits been extremely disappointing. First of all,... servers were very rude and they seemed very unhappy serving our table. We order two just noodles for my kid and my wife. As youcan see on the picture, two of same orders but one is extremely smaller portion compared to other one. Please, do yourself a huge favor, go eat there. I was greeted immediately, and I knew what I wanted so I told the waiter an... order of summer rolls, and eye round pho with tendon. The rolls were so fresh,, soft and moist. Dipped in the peanut sauce wasdivine. The soup was so hot and flavorful. The tendon was thinly sliced and plentiful. The flavor and textures just put me in agreat mood and my hunger was satisfied. I brought leftovers home and drank the rest of my broth that night. Soups are just so so. Ordered Pad Thai with chicken, got Vermicelli with chicken. Pasta was all stuck together and resembled... ball of yarn. Good luck with ordering might want to repeat several times for accuracy! Read more
