Pizza is never ready or in the pizza portal when i order online. I always order ahead of time for my break or lunch so i have... more time to eat but its never ready so i then have to take time to ask wheres my pizza. Ridiculous. DONT HAVE THE PIZZA PORTALIF YOUR NOT GOING TO USE IT! Read more
Love those pizza geniuses! They were very friendly, courteous and covid safe. The 3 pizzas were perfect and the bbq wings were... so delicious that they were all eaten before I even made it home. My only wish for improvement (and this goes for all LittleCaesars locations and far from a big deal) is that their soda refrigerators were colder by several degrees, and that is notsomething the staff has any control over, I assume. You know, its a 8$ pizza. They had my pizza ready and hot. Employee's were helpful and polite. Pizza was OK
Worst customer service ever. On 10/08/21 at 3:35 pm i went to pick up my order and i watched the cashier run outside and stop a... customer who already had there pizzas in here car and the little Caesars cashier said I gave you the wrong pizza and he took thepizza back from the customer who already had it in there car and he took the pizza back inside the store and he put it backinside the stores pizza warmer. I than said im here for my order and he handed me the same pizza he just took form the customercar and put back into there pizza warmer and tryed to give me the same pizza, and when i said you just took that same pizza fromthat person's car outside and put it back into your pizza warmer and than tryed to give it to me. He than said no i didn't ,ithan said i watched you. He than said i gave you the one on the top, i said I watched you put it back on top , he said i put iton the bottom. I these covid19 times this place is not doing there part to keep everyone safe, the food quality and serviceand respects for customer service is the worst i have ever seen and experienced. I recommend you take your money elsewhere toWhitmore and crows landing little Caesars. Its much cleaner and ran much better. Read more
Rude attitude, missing items, cold food, wouldn't attempt to make the order right or give any refund for the missing items.... Store manager wouldn't even give her name as she laughed & tried to blame the delivery person for the items he wasn't given withthe rest of the order. Apparently, it is the drivers job to make sure the Store Manager is running the business properly &correct issues with the customers. The delivery person isn't even an employee at Little Ceasars. Yet The store manager claims itis the food delivery person employed by a separate business who responsible for gather the order together & doing the rest ofthe job right down to dealing with the restaurant item replacement/ or refunds. Sorry but no..... Do your jobs or let someoneelse do it who cares to actually do it & do it properly. Read more
This place is not as good as the other ones around the area, the pizzas are smaller and the extra most cheese pizza are the same... as the regular ones, maybe a couple more Pepperoni's but no big difference, it's been 5 times that I give this place a chancesince it opened and I don't think I will buy here again, for my money's worth I will go to the other little Caesars around here.Here are my pictures of what I got today the stuffed crust is small and my extra most cheese is a normal. Keep in mind that itshould look just like the stuffed crust but it looks so dry!!! Read more
