I order my food over the McDonald's app I got a missing item call customer service and the restaurant she told me I have to go... through the app and the app told me I had to call the restaurant call once again the restaurant she told me come and pick upyour sandwich if you want I'll tell her that I'm sick and I cannot go tonight she told me it's nothing that I can do you're notgetting your money back if you want a sandwich come and pick up otherwise you're losing your money so please be moreprofessional when you talk to someone over the phone or in person you need to love what you do for living besides not making myfoot charge me for the food that I don't get being rude that's not right Read more

Food here is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get good food. Sometimes you'll get something that's been sitting under a heat lamp... for a while. In my most recent visit, I got a 20pc chicken nuggets and some fries. The nuggets were stale and dry. The frieswere soggy and cold. Not the first time either. I did a mobile order and came in store to pick up. Got back to my car and realized I was missing two burgers, yet had an extra... chicken sandwich. I came back in to get it fixed and the manager said she would review my order since it was a mobile order. Soshe did, and then to confirm the missing items she went through my bag with her hands no gloves. She was previously working on aice cream machine or something. I was very unhappy she Touched every food item. And, to her surprise, I was correct. She thentook the extra chicken sandwich and thew it away. I had a long wait to get my two missing burgers. After all that inconvenienceand you can?t say keep the sandwich, or let me offer you a drink while you wait? And you just tossed it in the garbage. Quick turnaround time on delivery of meal from placement of order. The cheeseburgers I got you can tell were fresh which is... always good when it's fresh off the grill so much more juicy meat with just add much flavor,... After they sit in the trays atthe order prep area after a while they dry out and lose natural flavors. So I went for breakfast today and my card is broken... literally. I ordered using a kiosk which was easy to use and I was... allowed to take my time if I wished. So I was able to put the card on my samsung wallet and pay using the "tap" feature throughthe app! Saved me the embarrassment of having to leave empty handed and was pretty cool! And the arches always have the best OJ???????? Got my food in a matter of 2 minutes after placing my order to go! Read more
