Came in from out of state and ordered the chicken garlic pizza. Got it delivered, pizza came barely luke warm, missing toppings,... and the customer service was AWFUL. According to the assistant manager, door dash delivers for them and they are not responsiblefor mistakes. Total waste of $35, will NOT be ordering from here again. Read more
I work for a local business. We spend $10k a year on pizza at this location. The last few months the service has been terrible.... Super late delivery. The drivers don't know where to go. Great experience at round table. My boys where hungry after a soccer game and we got 2 extra large pizzas and 2 orders of wings.... Within 2 minutes we got a free large pizza and a order of wings, free of charge! We where stuffed. We completely demolishedthat free pizza. However other guest seemed to be unhappy with their experience as they said they had given their order away tosomeone else, wonder who they gave the order too? The employees that are there work so hard to compensate for the lack of employees. I hope the owner pays them well and that they... have good benefits. The ones that are there are sweet. The phone didn't stop ringing the whole time we were there. The stars arefor the employees Re; We have been ordering from this restaurant since it opened. When our daughter was working at Food 4 lesson Mondays we would come here too have dinner as a family. We always had a good experience, that has since changed as of Friday. I had heard that this location had changed ownership and it shows. We ate inside and it was so hot that all 3 of us weresweating. It took forever to get our order in and when we did, I had to get up to get our beer and wing. It wasnt until ourpizza was ready that it was brought out to our table. This was sent by a female who had her phone in her pocket with her musicgoing....really? None of the previous employees are still employed, which is a big disappointment since they were awesome andworked so hard. We will not be coming back and will send our business to Mtn Mike's.
