3 of us walked in to this location. There was one sandwich maker behind the counter already working on what looked like an... online order. We kept waiting for about 5 minutes and she didn't acknowledge us at all. Walked by us couple of times and didnteven make eye contact. We were the only ones in line so felt like she didn't want to help us. We walked out. Every other SubwayI got to they always acknowledge customers and let them know they'll be right with us. Sandwich was good took about 25 mins to get 1.5 sandwiches though with only one person ahead of me. Need faster service.
The lady would not replace my sandwich that my husband ordered wrong for me that day. I could understand if I took a bite and... wanted my money back but I just wanted dinner and they refused to make it over for me. I'm allergic to some stuff that was inthe sandwich and my sugar was low. It was just a 6inch. They said no they wouldn't replace it. Manager and assistant managers are extremely rude, they treat their employees like second class citizens and are very... disrespectful towards them... They make fun of them in their native language which is Spanish knowing that the others don'tspeak it. Read more
