Wings are ok, but the service is terrible. Expect long wait times for your order. I've waited over 45 minutes on different... occasions dinning in. There are multiple people working behind the counter and still the service is slow. How much help do theyneed making all the food orders? The mango habanero chicken wings are good. The fries are not crispy and are somewhat soggy fromoverly absorbing the grease in the fryer. They season their fries with a sweet/ salty seasoning. Read more

The gentleman that helped me tonight was super respectful and polite. I appreciate his professionalism. I didn't catch his name... but he had "I think" skeleton tattoos on one of his hands. I have no idea what happened today but I waited 2 HOURS for my order. AND I had to return to work!! Good lord, you guys are... severely short staffed and wingstop website orders are being processed at 60-90 minutes per person? Door dash ordered getprocessed within 15 mins? How is that okay? The manager was very polite and definitely rushing, and there was a dude there withcurly hair, pulling his weight HARD! Probably the best two I seen back there and I will give them the benefit of the doubt, theydid the best they could. It was absolutely crazy in there. This was my first time going to this Wingstop. Just makes me angrythat after waiting so long, I wasn't informed I guess that online orders aren't coming through or god knows what happened, butif I didn't get up and go to the counter at the 1.5 hours that I been there to inform them I had an online order, I would haveprobably been there until closing and still not had my food. Super insane. Fix your systems, hire more people (and train themWELL) and don't make them wait so long for wings. *Also, give those guys in the kitchen a RAISE they deserve it.* Also not coolthat Wingstop is prioritizing door dash orders over website orders. Have had issues most of time i have order at this wingstop.Today i made my order by phone they said they would have my order by... 20 min after i placed my phone order for take out.When i got there cashier said to wait 15 min because my oder was still beingworked to be finished.As i wait 30 min more i ask again cashier if my order is ready and she says that it is almost done.I told her i order about 1hr and 1/2 my order why is there orders going out first than mine if i order it way before .Cashier saidonly needed some fries i told her if i can get my refund from fries so a can leave becasue had 1hr and 1/2 i had done my order.She did not care and made me wait another 10 min to finish my order.Will not be going back to this store.Afer all the wait gothome to no dipping sauce. This is the first and last time me and my bf go to this place, we ordered our wings at 7something and long a**** wait 1hr and ... half I don?t even know. There were hella people waiting and the big line. My bf said that there were people working there butthe orders were not ready. I don?t understand how that can even happen. The place was clean and tidy. There were so many to go orders, by internet, phone ins, and grub hubs. Poor workers were working... their buts off getting the orders out. I'll give them a break this time. Great job Wingstop. Food was excellent. Read more
