Food is awesome, unfortunately we had a bad experience with an employee named Mark. When we went to order 2 flavors of boneless... chicken, he let us know we could not split flavors, which was weird because we have done it in the recent past, BUT we didn'tmake a big deal of it. We did 1 separate orders and that was it, while choosing a drink, I asked "do you have fountain drinks orare this fridge drinks what we choose from" again, not with any attitude or anything.. we get it, he's an employee, he doesn'tmake the rules.. but he decided to say under his breath "if you came here and ordered before you would know that".. unfortunately for him I heard him. I let him know we've never dined in, as we usually order for our office meetings and justpick up, so how would I know about what drinks they have. I've NEVER had a bad experience here, they are always nice andhelpful. But Mark is RUDE and we will be taking our business and office orders elsewhere from now on. Read more
Few things about this place. It's 1 flavor per size, a bit pricey, and you should expect a 20 to 25 minute wait after placing... your order. Better to go during the week for the boneless lunch combo, probably the best value item they have. Read more
Food was 8/10, value was 3/10. Going in with 4 people with different palates, it wasn't economical since they don't let you mix... and match sauces for a single order of chicken. I won't go back, it's just fried chicken and I'm not interested in paying steakprices at a fast casual establishment. Read more

Light, crispy and not oily at all. We went boneless today and I have to say I don't regret it at all. The pieces were HUGE and... they were less expensive than the bone in wings. We also decided to try the soju. It was a bit on the sweet side but it wasgood. At 13% alcohol it packs a bigger punch than a Modelo...which they also serve here. Next trip I'll definitely go forsomething on the spicy side. Read more
We ordered the honey garlic boneless and the Gangnam style wings. The honey garlic is so good! The garlic flavor perfectly mixed... with the chicken. We just couldn?t stop! Gangnam style is also good too. A little bit spicy but not too spicy! Will definitelycome back! Read more
I was disappointed on my recent experience at this location. First of all I had visit this location may times before. But today... was unpleasant. I call in my order they say 30min..i said fine. 5:12 my order when in ...i arrive at store 530..not ready fine. Waiting.... 550 order ready. I ask for chilly they said 2dls more...i was really. I've had got this item free before and plusI just witnessed you giving another customer a free chilly sauce.??? Then I ask for trays for my 50dollars food order. Sorrywith don't offer them anymore. I was ok. Got home with my order and my fries were cold and burn..chicken sandwich not to itsbest quality and my coleslaw was pure water no cabbage. Just bad outcome in all. Some of the best Korean Fried Chicken I have had! For about $25.00, I got 8 pieces of cheesling chicken tenders and Fried... Calamari! The other food shown below were purchased by others who were with me and we shared. The chicken was overall verycrispy and juicy. The breading was very well distributed and didn't feel too excessive. The Fried Calamari was good, however Ifelt it was a bit salty and was a bit disappointed it didn't come with any sauce despite asking. Customer service was great.The cashier was kind enough to explain the dishes and gave us any extra utensils we needed. The building was a bit small, butclean and comfortable. The bathroom door was a bit annoying however as it was heavy and swung shut really fast. Overallhowever, a great place to hangout and share food with each other! Read more
