I love wings but most of you waitress staff was not engaging all the tables was dirty I had to ask if they could clean the... tables. The waitress that helped us was the best and well composted honestly she's the only reason I gave you a 2 stars. Ireally understand that you are short staffed but that's no reason why everyone else has to ignore the guest. Read more
Love that they are open to 1 am but for was ok ordered Lemon person and got eong wing no lemon pepper on them. Also ordered... totes fully loaded cheese, green onion, sour cream and the bring me something called the dirty bud with chicken which doesn'tsay the was chicken in there I see no brisket maybe a piece .. Service was really slow. I've been to at least 6 other BWs and have not had as bad of an experience as this. I can't blame the... servers, because it seems like this location is extremely under staffed. You can blame it on our weak work force here inSouthern California. The restaurant may have had about 6 other tables dining as well. There were 4 of us dining for lunch and itmay have taken 30-40+ minutes for us to finally receive our lunch combos after placing our order. Not sure if I would return tothis location any time soon, but if I do, I hope things would have improved. Read more
Could've gave it a 5 star but the employee's there were of no help at all. We were trying to pay with gift card's, and we were... told to many questions, and couldn't seem to figure it out. Do we asked the employee's there for help, but all they can say wedon't know you need to call the number on the card. So we did still couldn't see was the problem, and with them not being ableto help. So we just paid with cash said thanks, and walk out without them even trying to help. Read more
Service was good, excellent even. Reason for 1 star is that there was no soap in the bathroom. Really gross. I hope employees... have a separate bathroom that actually does have soap to wash their hands before they return to work. Read more
I order 5 wings of each flavor and they put them together and one mini cup for each flavor... So cheap and wings were not... marinated neither seasoned.. that is for 15 wings ???? Read more
The atmosphere here was nice but it definitely could've been better, the orders were consistently brought incorrectly and... despite ordering the traditional boneless mild wings we were given wings with bone. The waitress, though friendly, had to bereminded countless times what was taking to long or that something was wrong with our order. I doubt we'll be returning here butI hope that she'll receive better training, especially since she does seem very charismatic and social. Read more
