It's alright, barely passable. I'd prefer Jollibee more it has better quality food for the price you're paying for. The price... and quality just doesn't match for me so it's not a good value. I'll give this place a 6 out of 10. Compared to 8 out of 10 forJollibee. Read more
Chowking is like a mixture of DimSum, Chinese, and Filipino food Fast Food style. It was quite popular, but rating is a 3,... because I feel like it's pricey for what it is. 3 shrimp dumplings that had no shrimp and very little filling was over $4dollars. Their lumpias were tasty and you get 6 for $4.09. The shumai was OK, not the best, but for the price of four, it wasreally expensive too. Just for those three items, it was near $14. Chow King is not inside Seafood City but in the same complex now! I just ordered Chicken Mami and I'll tell you Chow King, I... will no longer be a customer b/c you've changed! This Chicken Mami is below standard. Where's the chicken? This broth is chickenfree. The temperature is Luke warm, it's oily and there's pieces of Cabbage inside that were mostly stems. Same classic Chowking with some new menu items. Docked a star coz they didnt have sauce for the siopao. Wish they would bring... back the braised beef. Taho was decent. Fried Chicken was crunchy but a bit oily. Overall still pretty good trip back toChowking food. Read more
