Ordered a pizza and got it delivered to the house. I had company over, and I didn?t hear the door. I eventually heard the... knocking, and I open the door. I opened the door, and was greeted with a older man angrily telling me in Spanish that he hadbeen waiting for a long time, and asked if I still wanted my pizza. He then proceed to say in English ?So do you want your pizzaor not? Because it?s like you don?t want it.? I had another bad experience with the exact same individual. I was waiting for mypizza at the location, and the same man approached me. I was not blocking the hallway, the man could have gone by, but insteadhe chose to STARE ME DOWN, until I moved up all the way against the wall so that he could walk by. NO ?excuse me?. Just a dirtylook. I have also been ignored on multiple occasions at the location, and have stood at the cashier for almost 10 minutes beforeI?m served. There has also been yelling in the back on multiple, the older employers often telling younger employees to hurryup, and that they need to ?try harder?. However, the older hispanic man I have had various bad experiences with bothers me themost. He had no right to speak to me that way on the premises of my own home. I don?t understand how no one else had hadcomplaints about him. He needs to check his attitude. Read more

These guys are quick and it's always good. They don't skimp on toppings on pizza or sauce for pasta. And they seem to have a... cooperative work atmosphere so you are supporting cool management and teamwork style workplaces! Read more

This is the worst Dominos store in the area. Called the store several times and they pick up and hang up the phone. Tried... calling from my other phone thinking it was my phone and no one ever picked up. How would you as the store owner appreciateloosing business because of this. This is unacceptable service. I want to say how I had a really good experience ordering delivery yesterday from this location. I placed my order at lunch... time. Got my food within 20 min. Super fast service and ease of ordering online. They must of been a little slower today basedon other's reviews but my pizza was hot and just the way I ordered so I couldn't be happier with that part. The part I dislikeis the delivery charge seems really unreasonable and from what the drive says they don't get the delivery fee so I wonder isthis just a way to charge and extra $5 on top of the normal price??? We preordered our pizza for pick up at 6:15 and my wife and kids walked to the Dominoes to pick it up. They got there early and... told them at the store. They waited about 20 minutes and at 6:15 inquired about our order which should have been ready. Theywere told that our order went to the bottom of the order list and wouldn?t be ready for another 20 minutes. My wife and kidswalked home empty handed. I drove back to the store and the order was still not ready. As I waited, I was told again about thepolicy of changing the pick up time. I stated that my family should have been told up front that our order was going to thebottom of the list. I got no response. My pizza was finally ready at 6:43 and was handed to me. Nothing was said. I stated, ?so,no apology? Nothing to make it right?? The manager replied; ?I was about to ask if you wanted a soda.? I said ?but you didn?t. I will complain to corporate. They will know about this.? This location hasn't picked up 7 phone calls, it's been over an hour since I've ordered, management is in critical condition if... they cant update hours of operations. Using the dominoes website this location was the default for my delivery order. Its themorning now, I called this location and asked for the manager and Ivan said he was the manager. This threw me off since thewebsite says Erika is the manager. Anyways I explain my situation and I'm told there is nothing he can do. Continues to tell meI have to file a complaint through corporate. I tried to have my order filled today, I still want pizza. Ivan made it clear hedidn't want to investigate this matter even though I have the order number. He admitted that Erika is the "General Manager". Imreally upset that they couldn't fill my order today and I have more time wasted trying to get my money back throughcorporate. I just want some pizza! I looked into getting a refund on the corporate account but information there keptreferring back to calling the original store. Called the original store, Ivan answered clueless as ever. I explained the info onthe corporate website and asked when Erika would be in. He said tomorrow and went to find out what time, then a woman answeredwho was much more informative and was able to complete my order and assured that I would be receiving a refund in a few days andto check up with my bank. On top of that she found a discount which lowered my bill by 20%. Yet the total without a tip ended upbeing almost 4 dollars more than the online order. Domino, mofo! The Grand Opening of this Domino's location had a $5.99/2-topping large pizza deal, which I had to... redeem. Ordering was a breeze, as I requested pepperoni & sausage, with garlic/parm sauce on thin crust. Once inside topick-up my pie, the A/C was on blast, which was a lifesaver. It's been hot & humid. I'm as greasy as the bottom of the pizzaovens ;p The interior looked clean & everything seemed to run smoothly & efficiently. I had my pizza in my possession and readyto jet home, when to my dismay, I found out Domino's charges for parmesan & chili flakes. Que? Oh well, I guess it wasinevitable. Regardless, my thin crust did not disappoint. A nice crispity crunch with a good amount of sausage & pepperoni,underneath having that very flavorful garlic/parmesan sauce. Parking is shared with It's a Grind & an Urgent Care, in theCVS/Ralph's shopping center. I don't eat take out pizza very often, but Domino's Pizza is one my fav's. The Grand Opening ofthis locations is another convenient option to pick up some hot & tempting pizzas when needed. Recommend! Read more
