I usually go to OC source location but me and my friend bumped into this location on the way home the other day. Lately i get my... milk tea sweeter then usual. I get 70% sugar and 25% ice. I was feeling pretty angry after a long drive from LA, was not in the mood for another stop, but the group insisted. ... Begrudgingly ordered a royal Thai tea with white pearls, and BAM! Gong Cha is a great little place for filling your boba cravings. Their tea selection is solid, they have a lot of variety that... isn't found in other bubble tea shops, and they have hot food appetizers. The service is smiley and friendly, always willing tohelp a newbie out, and they make great recommendations. I can personally recommend the Milk Tea with 3J, strawberry milk foamwith green tea, lemon juice with ai-yu and white pearl (insanely refreshing!), mango smoothie, and taro smoothie. Their add-ingame is probably the best in the Cerritos/Artesia area, honestly. They're generous with their helpings of fresh boba, refreshingherbal jelly, and delicious pudding. (Bonus points: the pudding is soft and very easy to slurp up with a straw, unlike someplaces, which use firm pudding blocks that free-float in their drinks.) In fact, if Gong Cha has a weakness, it's that. Theyhave such good add-ins that you need more drink in order to get them. So do yourself a favor... Just order a large. Bottomline? You can't go wrong coming here, but you'll definitely miss out if you don't. Read more
Just discovered this place across the street from the Sharetea. Its small, but so far I'm loving their service and their marble... drinks are awesome. Haven't really tried anything else yet, but will be adding this cute little place to my top list of teaplaces. Read more
Businesses need to teach kids customer service! Came in, no greeting, but we said hello. Ordered drinks, no politeness at all,... but we said thank you. When we got our order, no "Thank You" from them, but we said have a nice day. Then they say back down totalk. Lazy and rude. That wasn't even the first time they did that.
