First time leaving a review on anything but i came to this location a week ago and ordered a #2 and #7. The number 2 was not... made correctly so the manager told me to come back and they will remake it for me which would have made things right. I come intoday and told this middle eastern guy who was cutting the bread what happened and he started questioning me as if I were lyingto him. He was telling me well if you were here they couldn't have made it wrong.. as if I'm staring at them the whole time theyare making my sandwich... OK buddy.. The conversation I had with the manager was amazing but that employee needs a refresher oncustomer service... Never coming back to this location again. Read more
It's Monday, May 9, 2022, and my wife and I just placed an order to go for our early dinner at this location. The young man that... greeted us on the phone was extremely polite, professional, and detailed. You could tell he was genuinely interested inensuring that every aspect of our order was correct and that he provided the highest level of customer service. At the store,there were 2 other ladies working with him that seemed just as eager to make great sandwiches. In today's age, this isunfortunately not necessarily a given anymore. My wife and I always love it when we see members of the next generation stilldemonstrating strong, positive, and productive, character traits! Good : fast service , friendly Bad : place is dirty . They had 3 workers with no customers . I was the only one eating there .... I had to walk around table to table to find decent clean place . Even then I had to wipe of bunch of veggies and grease off thetable. Read more
Jersey Mike's has always been my favorite sandwich shop. Not only because the offer gluten free bread, but also because they... slice their meat and cheese fresh for every order. This location is a new shop that just opened today. The staff was friendlyand helpful (ordering gluten free usually startles people a bit until they become familiar with it). The shop is small but theyhave tables inside and outside where you can see and eat. If you're on the go, I recommend downloading, ordering and paying byapp so you can just pick up your order and go, plus you earn points toward a free sandwich.
