I used to eat at this location a lot before the pandemic. Was a huge fan. For the first time since then, we got takeout today,... about $70 worth of food. And wow, what happened? The food was the worst thing I've eaten in a long time. The sesame chickenbreading wasn't even cooked properly, it was still kind of powdery. The rice was hard, possibly raw? How are y'all going to be aChinese food restaurant, but can't make rice? My veggies were old and some tasted unnaturally sour. I stopped eating halfwaythrough. My mom got sick from the hot and sour soup and threw up everything. For the price point of this restaurant + itsreputation, this is definitely not okay. It makes me sad because I used to love this place. Now I'm scared to ever come back.I'm not sure if maybe the cooks are overworked and the place is understaffed, like I get that it was a busy day and maintaininga business is tough. That being said, please fix this issue so no one else has to deal with getting sick and gets what they paidfor. So after a long day of shopping we decided to eat at the PF Chang's - Cerritos Mall location. We have been to many other... locations and this was just as good. At first there was a longer than usual wait to be seated because they were not very busy.Our server was really nice and turned our experience around into a positive one. She was very attentive & made sure we weretaken care of. I ate the Mongolian beef and it was delicious. Read more
I came into the place and wasn’t greeted well by the hostess after telling them I was here by myself they gave me no options... Until I asked if I could sit at the bar and order. Once seated it took about 7 minutes for them to give me a menu. Selena was myserver she only checked on me once during my meal and I asked for water which was never brought out. The service was very mediocre. I don't understand why they won't make an effort to take any dirty plates from the tables. It's... hard (for me) to enjoy a dessert when the table is not even somewhat cleared. My table wasn't the only one that looked like thepicture I posted. Idk if it's a Covid-19 thing to not pick up plates but they could use gloves if anything. And...they were notbusy at the time, so I will definitely not be going back. I spend $300 (with tip) for a not good experience and just ok food. Idon't recommend this place. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that the server handed me hot dessert plates without telling methey were hot, I almost dropped the stack of plates on the table. That's a big no no!!! Good location at the mall with an outside entrance and patio. The dining area is clean and spacious. It can take a few minutes... to get seated, but once seated the food comes quickly. Our server was nice, and attentive. She knew the menu items. The food hasa good taste and the portions are fair. The food and drinks are on the pricey side. I'll be back... Read more
