Ordered 2 drinks. They gave me one. Went back and notified them but they didn't charge me for two drinks only one. Both were... decaf but didn't even follow that direction. They gave me the 2nd drink for free but a small which was nice of them. Went backto get extra caramel and what an attitude. HARDLY put caramel. My drink tasted bitter had to throw it away. 2/6/2022 @ 3:12pm No greeting walking in. I had two kids and a pup. I don't just walk up to the cashier I wait until the... associate says "How may I help you". Obviously, at this location, you're supposed to walk up to the cashier. I was just standingfor at least 3mins and that's long when you count. A gentleman tatted with the big hole ear piercing assisted me. This was myfirst time purchasing the pup treat. This gentleman gave me his opinion on it saying he doesn't give his dog that and asked ifmy pup was a Service Dog. I was told only Service Dogs are allowed (should put signs up) and for some reason it seemed like hedidn't want to service me. I totally thought this location Customer Service was about to be off the hook but it was actuallyuncomfortable. Read more
Highly disappointed in this trip to Starbucks. Don?t get me wrong, I love Starbucks as much as the next girl, but the service... was terrible tonight. The person working the counter gave my boyfriends mom a hard time for ordering a PLAIN coffee. He saidthat it was going to take an extra 5-7 minutes to make and acted like it was a burden on him to make it. Here it is, 10 minuteslater and she doesn?t have a coffee. I ordered the new golden ginger drink and it is honestly pretty terrible. He gave meattitude when I ordered it and cut me off telling me they didn?t have the coconut in it. When I tried to order the new matchadrink instead he cut me off again to say I could get soy or almond in the ginger drink. So I got soy in it. The drink tasteslike bubble gum. Also, I am overhearing another customer that their urinal is broken. AND my aunt had to give the staff thecreamer container bc it was empty when she went to put some in her coffee. Read more

Very nice mall Starbucks in Cerritos. Close to the freeway, big mall parking lot. Nice inside, judging from the number of... reviews it's not a new location but it felt new inside. Not much inside seating but since it's located in a mall there areother nearby places to sit. Read more
