Ordered from the app and wasn't ready until 30 minutes after. They also got my order wrong. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato... and recieved a iced caramel macchiato. When I asked for my 3 drinks, they said it wasn't ready. I saw my drinks on their mobileorder section already. It took them 10 minutes before they even thought about looking at the drinks that they had already made.Less than a minute. They checked the order name and finally realized the drinks were already done. Don't order from thisStarbucks EVER!! For another option, there is a Starbucks on Pioneer and Del Amo. I?ve been working down the street from this Starbucks for the past few months and let me tell you the team here has turned me... into a Starbucks enthusiast! Every time I walk in not only do they call me by my first but my last name as well. The energy inthis place is simply amazing and exactly what a man needs early in the morning when he gets his cup of coffee! I would likerecognize Stacy, Ellie and Jess for always having that amazing energy and recommend them all be given a raise! Thank you guysvery much and I?ll be seeing you all soon. Gosh forbid you ask for Trenta cup with just ice or water. Don't believe me? Order it and see how they react. Then want to make... smart remarks about cups, do the employees pay for the cups or something? Don't work in food service retail if it's big deal todo your job. Read more
I was super impressed on how quickly the drinks came out with only two employees working. I have to give them credit they worked... well as a team and the lady making the drinks was on point! I never finish my drinks that I order from starbucks because it'seither a hit or miss but today my coffee was PERFECT!! I Will definitely be visiting again when I'm in the area. Read more
Came in to get some coffee. It seems like since the pandemic there is a little less attention to detail/listening to the... customer. I?m writing this review balanced because the drink ?? that I order is semi-complicated so I can understand it can getmessed up but what I can?t take is a barista who stands there & argues or stands there with an attitude after I tell them nicelyit?s wrong. Both Sia (as in Hi!) & Essence did a fantastic job ?not? taking it personal. They took it with smiles & corrected itafter hearing what was wrong & didn?t try to get smart with me like many other Starbucks I have been too. They didn?t give meany lip & that?s the way it should be when your paying $6-$12 for a drink. Sia & Essence are keepers & they have good vibes.???? Good chai tea. I've never had the regular hot tea from Starbucks. It was really good. I probably will try it with hit milk if... they can do that. I also had the egg bites. They are alittle expensive for just 2. But so delicious ???? love Starbucks. Read more
