Very disappointed!! First time eating there and cashier was very rude! I asked him for suggestions on potatoes but he asked me... to move and let the other customers to order first. After waiting 35 minutes for my order I asked them for it and they lost myorder !! They never made my order. When I finally get my order a Philly cheesesteak and Cajun chicken they had no flavor what?sso ever very bad taste!!???? He had a really bad customer service. I will never go back!! Read more
Very disappointed!! I ordered grande but accidentally they gave me someone else's order which is medium size, I can understand... it's an honest mistake but the thing that I can't believe is that the guy just put the meat of the medium order to a biggerbread. And when my husband told them again they ask if we want another sandwich, that's not the point we don't want free food wewant the food we paid for. Amazing place after walking through out the mall gotta say I made the right choice on stopping right here! I don't normally do reviews but my friend and I had a turkey and ham sandwich yesterday and it was so good that I can't wait to... go back! I was so impressed! The bread was fresh and not as thick as other sandwich shops, great for someone who has to watchtheir carb intake, as I do. We were impressed by the amount of meat that was in the 'warm' sandwich and their fries were verygood too. We really enjoyed the thicker fries!
