This McDonald?s is horrible always. You can have only 2 cars and wait over 30+ mins it?s ridiculous. They?re ALWAYS ?out? of ice... cream. If your order is wrong at night time good luck. They always lock the lobby doors before the closing time for it and NEVERwant to answer the phone. They run new promotions but never have the items for it. I get it?s fast food but seriously come on.Listen to people and what they order and don?t be a jerk. Don?t like the job then leave @ the heavier set management that worksnights. Read more
Ordered 3 drinks on mobile app. Pulled up to speaker & waited 5 minutes with no employee talking. During this 5 minutes the semi... was unloading. Bigger male in gray coat with tablet (assuming manager)there, smaller male in black shirt & male in red shirt. Ihad said ?hello anyone there? load enough manager outside could here, but no one bothered to help. I then pulled around to 1stwindow & waited 3 minutes with no one coming to that window. I pulled up to last window & told female employee the issue. After5 more minutes we got our 3 drinks, 2 of them pre made frozen drinks. So total of 13 minutes! The line was out to the highway &2 of the males stood by the semi, one being manager. How about leave 1 employee with truck & manager help his crew. Read more
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was a NOT crispy chicken fillet, 2 pickle slices, on a bun, no... condiments whatsoever. Fries were ok. Drink was ok. Lady taking order was short like she didn?t want to deal with customers yetsomewhat warmer at window. I won?t be eating there again. Arbys is much better and uses American raised beef. Read more

I visited this location at 6 pm. It was Friday August 26th. I was appalled at the way employees were being treated verbally... by who I assume was a shift leader. He couldn't possibly have any management training. In my opinion he should not be leadingpeople. His negative attitude was awful. The woman that took my order was pleasant though it was appearant that she was afraidof this man in charge. I don't know what his name was but he is large with dark hair and Caucasian. He yelled at otheremployees and was not a pleasant person. Never, no matter the reason, should the dirty laundry be aired out in front ofpatrons. I would suggest a non management position for this fellow perhaps floor sweeper or window washer. He is notpersonable and is not suited to deal with the public.. The kitchen was very smokey. Service was slow but not terrible. It wasbusy but not crazy busy. This is the nearest Mcdonald restaurant to home so I am a frequent patron. I hope and pray this isreviewed by someone that will make a change at the Chadron Mickey D's. Read more
The girl working the drive thru there 8/5 at 1pm was insanely rude for literally no reason. We ordered straight forward menu... items, were not obnoxious or acting in a way that would warrant her attitude. When we tried to tell her we did not need a drinkcarrier she first said they couldn?t take it back but then snatched it from my dads hands and slammed the window on us. Everyonesays ?be nice you don?t know what someone is going through? which I am empathetic that she might be going through something butthere are two sides to that. I am stressed out on the road with my 2 year old on an 8 hour drive. The way the employee actedtowards us has now added to the stress I was already experiencing. I don?t want to get this employee in trouble but I think itshould be brought to her attention before she acts hostile toward the wrong kind of person. And I don?t know, if an employee ishaving a rough day and cannot control their feelings, that?s okay, just work another position other than drive thru. Read more
This has to be the slowest McDonalds in the world. Even with ordering online we waited 15 minutes to get our food. Drive... through, just plan on a good 30 minutes. Read more
Feels almost as if they are purposely trying to run this place I to the ground. Expect a 45 minute wait for a single... cheeseburger or sandwich and a staff that seems to have better things to do. This is not "fast" food. Read more
