Pizza was good, service was good! Wish the still had buffet.
Update: Went to Pizza Hut today & ordered a sandwich with fries and a side salad. The staff was very courteous. The sandwich... was pretty good but the fries and the side salad were great. They had to have been batter dipped fries, super crispy anddelicious served with Heinz ketchup, not the cheap stuff. The salad had crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, fresh cucumbers,croutons and shredded cheese served in a chilled bowl. And the dining area was not too cold like it used to be. I was very happywith today's dining experience at Pizza Hut in Chadron. I do, however, wish they would bring back the buffet. (This was a coupleyears ago)The pizza just isn't as good as it once was. The thin & crispy was cold and hard, dry & the crust just doesn't tasteas flavorful. The last time I went in the service was inattentive. When Marceen worked there, we always got great service. Sadly, she is no longer with us. The dining area is always really cold. All the guests were wearing jackets. I said I'd nevereat inside again so this time we ordered take out. The pizza we've always ordered and loved, is not the same pizza. Now it'ssalty, greasy and not enough sauce. What happened to the Pizza Hut I grew up with? Read more
We were at Chadron State for a football camp last Saturday night - arrived from Denver. We got done at 10PM...not much open in... town. We went in to Pizza Hut & the two young ladies working there were super welcoming and had us sit down, took our order andtreated us so kindly when it was late at night an I am sure they wanted to go home. Our son was starving as were we. Thank youall for the good food & excellent customer service! We appreciated it. Read more
We were on the way to Denver airport from Badlands national park and if you know this area, there are not many options to eat.... We were fueling our car and saw this and decided to have late lunch. Typical July hot and dry day, we were the only ones here.Joint was running by a sweet couple- We ordered customized pizza (chicken-olives-onion), garlic bread, and fries. The pizza wasgood. nothing special to mention. we had our lunch and moved to our destination- Denver airport to catch a flight to the jersey. Read more

Edit: The last 3 orders have been spot on. So it's been getting better! Customer service has improved immensely too! I hate... leaving bad reviews for places but I have had 3 out of the last 4 experience just not good. Had cold food, one pizza that almostgot toppings it was mostly just crust, been hung up on, always have a terrible time understanding them on the phone. They areover worked and under staffed so the quality just keeps going down. Used to be the best but I just can't say I would call itthat anymore. Read more
Great place to eat at or carry out just maybe you want to just chill and get it delivered to you. The food is great and the... people working there are fantastic very friendly and fast service. Read more
We do not get the same deals, coupons, specials etc as other Pizza Huts do, but their food is always great when I do order from... there. Read more
