Worsted place to work manager talk to employees rude will never work here again
Too expensive for a simple bagel sandwich. The little potato hash browns were undercooked but also taste burnt. I tried to order... online but kept getting an error message and when I tried to call an order in they said they couldn't take a phoneorder. UPDATE: The manager contacted me and asked for my email to send me something to make up for my bad experience. I neverheard from them again. Read more
Bagels are good. Younger staff is nice. But the older lady with grey hair in a ponytail (maybe the manager) was so rude this... morning. It?s a $1.39 for extra cream cheese and the young girl at the register forgot to add the extra cream cheese on the billand the manager literally yelled at her that she forgot the extra charge (she was also starring at the back screen to MAKE SUREshe charged us the extra charge). It was just really rude the way she talked to us and the employee over a $1.39. She thensnapped and said ?no I can?t help you (to another employee) because I clocked out for my 30min break!? - just...wow, she was ina horrible mood it seems lol. Read more

One of the lady is so rude today. I do not understand why she is acting like ignoring what I said while ordering breakfast.... Maybe I wear scarf that she does not like people who wearing scarf that it is religion thing. She should be respectful peoplewhatever they look like or what they are wearing. Most important thing is that she is not rude to other people because they areAmericans. I think she did discrimination my friends and me. I will not recommend this store anymore. There is a reason why it's been there for so many years.... despite having strong competition just down the street! All aspects... of this business are first class. The staff and Manager do a great job when the line is out the door into the parking lot!Really on a daily basis I see it. Goods things are well worth waiting for.... ;) Read more
Drove here to order food only to find out they closed early. Not the first time this has happened.
