I placed an order online for 2:30pm. I finished my business earlier than expected (at 1:40pm) so I went to the Master Pizza in... Chagrin to see if they could possibly go ahead and make my one pizza early? the guy who waited on me was incredibly rude andobviously having a bad day. He acted like my changing the order was a big huge hassle and it was because of his attitude that Iasked him to please just cancel my order and I told him that I hoped his day got better? to which he replied, ?oh my day is justfine? plus a few other not so nice words? this was my first time ordering from Master Pizza ever! update again: it seems my previous orders were a fluke. I just got off the phone with who I believe is the incredibly rude... manager, and he was incredibly terse, aggressive, and sighed constantly. I have a lot of respect for people who work customerservice. I don't demand a happy attitude or anything at all like that, I know we're all just trying to get through the day, andthey probably don't care, but this was a step beyond. When I asked to put a 35% tip on for the driver, he angrily sighed andsaid, seemingly exasperated "you're trusting me on that one". I said "sorry, do 30 then" and he immediately hung up on me. Ihave hundreds of pizza points that I've accumulated over the years, but I'm at a point where I would rather avoid the chance ofspeaking to this person again than get this pizza that I love. UPDATE: I've learned they're under new management. Every timeI've called in an order, the employee has been courteous and meticulous in making sure my order is right. I'm happy to amend myrating to five stars. Thank you Master Pizza! Extremely good pizza. Unfortunately, they get my order wrong about half the time.I've always politely asked for a replacement, and always felt bad doing it - I love the place. I want them to succeed, but Ialso need to get the pizza I ordered - I feel like that's a fair request. After enough times, the manager told me that I waswrong. That he did it himself, and I had the right pizza, no matter what was in front of me. I stopped ordering for a long timeuntil recently. I really wanted to give it another shot, but my order was wrong on my third order and I don't have it in me toargue again. Ordered a pizza for 6pm an hour and ten minutes early. Received a text it was coming at 6:25. Didn't show up till almost 7pm and... was ice cold. Not warm but ice cold. Asked for a credit and received zero response. Obviously don't need customers. Did Imention I have been a customer for over 10 years. Not a good way to treat customers. Read more
Their pepperoni special was very good. My only complaint is that the sizes of the pizzas are small, but this is true for all... Cleveland pizza places, compared to New York pizza which can?t be beat. An extra large here is a medium size pie in NYC. Read more

Stopped in as I was walking around Chagrin Falls. Great pizza, and appetizers. I love that there is still a local pizza joint... that my friend and I can sit down and have a few slices. Highly recommend. A+++ Read more
I have never had worse customer service in my life!!! I ordered two large pizza's from the Chagrin Falls location that were... never delivered because their delivery driver never showed up work that day. They did call and say they apologized for theinconvenience and would refund my credit card. The charge went through and the refund never came, so I was charged $42 for pizzaI never received. Then I asked for proof that they issued the refund because it never came though on my card and they said "wewill not provide that, we don't need to". I of course tried to argue this with them but they said I should just dispute thecharges with my credit card company. Master Pizza is my favorite pizza in all of Cleveland, but I will never be going back tothe Chagrin Falls location, which is a bummer because I live in Chagrin! Read more
