Hours are always changing. Unpredictably closed when other locations are open. For instance the day before Labor Day AND Labor... Day. Almost daily they just all of a sudden say they are not accepting online orders. How much time could that save? All thatis doing is getting rid of customers that don?t want to wait in line. Is that the goal? I went in once and the door was open,people were coming in, two workers were behind the counter, people were eating in the restaurant, but when you went to thecounter they told you they closed 45 minutes ago. The app will always say they are out of things like soufflés but if you go ina minute later there are several there. I asked a clerk why and they did not know. I understand they are having problems hiring,but pretty much all other locations seem to be handling these shortages better. I think it might be a management problem. Weirdideas to solve problems. I have complained to corporate. I love Panera, but will not go until they iron this out. They have beenclosing at 4pm all week. Losing all the dinner crowd. Read more

Poor customer service, stopped in for lunch on my break no one greeted me upon entering. No one greeted me walking up to the... register. The sir or mam I?m not sure, who was working the register told me no when I attempted to order. The cashier stoodthere and looked at me and said nothing. Worst experience in a Panera ever. When my food was ready no one called my name theywere all in the back playing around. Would not recommend this sub par service for a $13 sandwich and cookie. Tighten up Read more

LAZY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I generally stop at the Panera in Solon on my way to work and they are pretty consistent. ... During football Sunday, my wife asked me to go to Panera to get her a whole seared Steak and Arugala sandwich. Since we live inChagrin Falls, the ten minute drive is closer. There were very few patrons and at least 4-5 Panera employees working. Uponreturning home with the one order that the Panera employees had to concentrate on, my wife took two or three bites and said, " Ido not think there is any steak in this sandwich." She was correct, no steak in the steak sandwich. Lucky me had to returnand waste another trip to the vacant Panera. Upon giving the sandwich back, I noticed that the employee just plopped whatlooked like a shaved roast beef clump rather than seared steak on the same remaining sandwich. The manager and the employee didnot even make an effort to: 1. Make a brand new sandwich 2. lay the meat so that it would cover the bread. or 3. Apologize.
