Beautiful location right beside the falls. The building itself has clearly been around for well over 100 years and suits the... Starbucks design esthetic quite nicely. As a Starbucks, it's exactly as you'd expect. I ordered a cold brew coffee and theservice was friendly and efficient. The story was pretty busy but the orders were filled pretty quickly. Recommended! The team that works here are great! Surprisingly Madeline remembered me from a previous visit and greeted me by name. That was... pretty cool. Really appreciate everyone there. Also other customers have been chatty and helpful with the door at times. Thereis also a terrific view of the falls from the windows. One of my favorite places to visit for sure. Read more
The Starbucks in downtown Chagrin Falls is probably one of my favorite Starbucks to visit. All of the baristas there are very... friendly and take time to strike up a conversation with you. ** I have revised my previous review from a 2 star rating to a 4 star rating and here's why. The very next day after posting my... review I had a free drink card taped to my mobile order for the previous day's mishap. Since then I am greeted frequently, whichis a really nice change. Should it have taken a two star review to be treated with a little kindness? No. Should it have taken ayear and a half to be treated like a regular customer should be treated? No. HOWEVER, the staff at this location has truly madean effort to do better - I feel like I should repay their kindness with an updated review and improved rating. Original review: I don?t have very good luck at this Starbucks location. I have purchased coffee from here almost every weekday for a year and ahalf. In that time I?ve frequently received regular milk in my drink instead of coconut milk (I have a milk allergy- so notfun), been ignored at the counter when trying to inquire about my order, and then today?s experience of watching everyone inline order and receive their drinks while I waited for my mobile order (that I placed 10 minutes prior to arrival) to be takenoff the machine and processed. I wish I could say this was the first time that happened but it?s definitely not. Save yourselfthe time, money and frustration and go to the local coffee place down the block. Read more
Morgan is very rude and racist. I asked her to make me a drink and she said no. When i mentioned other Starbucks do it, she said... it?s because they are in a different tax bracket. Wonder if the same would be told to a white lady asking for a customized drinkas well. ???? Read more
