Frequently come here due to the location but they are just so incredibly slow. If there are any cars in front be prepared to... wait. Today there were two cars in front of me and it took about 20 minutes from start to finish. When I got to the window Iwatched them prepare other orders for about 10 minutes while waiting for them to make our drink. Except no one was behind us andno one was in the store. Read more
Beware of this location! They over charge you! Ordered 2 coffees was told the price for the 2 coffees. Later checked my bank... account and was charged for 5 coffees. I love Dunkin. Or should I say I run on dunkin? My only complaint is that the drinks one day can be on point and then the next... day undrinkable. I order the same drink every day and sometimes I have to throw it out Bc it is made differently. Sometimes Ibring back but mostly I don?t have time. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Every time I come here the person taking the order is rude and lacks any... type of customer service skills. I could over look thee customer service if they actually got my order correct. I ordered amedium iced vanilla latte with an extra shot of expresso. What I received was a sugary milk concoction. They gave me 3 pumps ofvanilla instead of 3 shots and then only gave me one shot of expresso. I was running behind so I had to deal with this subparsugary mess. Dunkins Donuts has really great coffee. But the staff and I have found this with 6 sites add liquid sugar to all orders. As a... diabetic I ask for splenda verses sugar. I'm told it wasn't put in my coffee but then there is no reason my blood sugar shouldreach 200 or over. Someone needs to change their training so diabetics don't have to worry when they buy. More often than not this location has disappointed me. They have screwed up my order several times. If I call and complain all... i get is the standard "come back and we'll fix it". I don't have that kind of time to turn around and have to wait again. Doit right the first time. For example, I order a sandwich with sausage and it gets bacon, drink clearly states Splenda on it andthere is none in it. A few times I have ordered on the app and pulled up to the drive-thru and then asked to park my car andsomeone will bring out the order. Ummm... you had plenty of notice that I was coming. There is no excuse for having to pullout of line and wait elsewhere. Finally, they need to do something about their staff.
