This is definitely one of those "If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would" situations. We started with dinner pickups from... this place as our work days are often long and we don't have the energy to cook. The online menu, ease of ordering, and amazingtaste brought us back over and over again. It's truly home cooked meals, not just restaurant. Upon having a larger gatheringfor an upcoming wedding, we decided to cater from here, and it more than surpassed our expectations. The sliders and tuna cupsdisappeared almost instantly, they were gone. ALL of the food had rave reviews from our 30+ guests. We ordered a variety of selections from Fusion Kitchen’s catering menu for a Father’s Day get together. Everything was... great with the family particularly raving over the citrus salmon, skirt steak, and mushroom stuffed mezzaluna pasta, allhomemade! Walt was very responsive and easy to work with. Ordered two soups and had two different experiences. First the turkey was flavorful and delicious-I liked this soup but I... don’t like the meat so small and broken down. It was delicious and the third picture show the aftermath of the soup with a kcup for comparison. The second soup was chicken taco which you can see lacked any real pieces of chicken. You can tell the soupsare handmade- it was OK as a veggie soup. I think I counted five strands of chicken in the entire 6 ounces-maybe ( I tookpictures before tasting) and when the soups are $6 each, it was an expensive meal. My family and I ordered the shepherds pie dinner and we loved it! Came with salad and delicious brownies too! The staff was so... welcoming & kind! We had a delicious meal for Christmas Eve dinner for our family made by Walt. We had heard so much about Fusion Kitchen that we... decided to go over to check it out but they were closed. However, Walt saw us looking in the window and called us to comeinside. He showed us all the amazing meals he makes and spent a few minutes explaining his meal concepts to us. We were so happywith the dinner we chose and everyone in our family loved the food. And best of all, we picked it up, transferred it to our"good" dishes and served it; super simple. Highly recommend!
