Rude, very unprofessional, place was also dirty even going though drive thru. Staff ignorantly told us to go around and sit by... door to wait for order. It's been over 10 minutes. It's more about the service than the food. The workers are extremely nice at this location and do whatever they can to help out... their customers. It's always very clean and pretty quick service. When fast food is the only option, I go to this location sinceI feel like I am treated better than just a fast food customer. Thank you for all the hard work here and keep up the great work! This McDonald's is very popular because it's in a great location. It's almost always busy. I visit here quite often and I always... wait longer than normal. Neighborhood McDonald's. I was there during time, drive through was moving good, people were coming in and out of the place,... some without masks. I did curbside service, I would say probably in about seven minutes my food was out and hot. Read more
Came in the store to skip the drive thru line that was piling up. Stood around, unacknowledged for at least 10 mins, waiting for... a drink and a large fry. I'm not sure how many cars were served, as there's no outward facing screen to show order progress likethe app says to look for, but it was more than the ones in line when I got here. I placed a mobile order and checked in, so Icouldnt even cancel for a refund. Read more
