I love primos hoagies. At this location I think I?ve seen all the members of the family help out. The lettuce is crisp and the... product is fresh? only issue is wait time which was over five minutes- but the person on the line was nice when she did returnand one sandwich was made as a small that I asked as a primo size. I love Primo's, but my most recent experience at this particular location was not ideal. I ordered a hoagie and completely... forgot to say that I wanted it as a bowl (trying to cut out bread). They made the sandwich quickly (which was a nice surprise),so I asked if I could have one of the to go containers so I could make it a bowl myself. They then wanted to charge me $1.50 forthe container because the sandwich was already made. This is one of those situations where a little customer service would havegone a long way. I will definitely be avoiding this particular location in the future and sharing this experience with anyonelooking for a place to grab a bite. Read more
Hands down the best sandwich shop in the country! Okay, not the country, but definitely around these parts. The bread, both... seeded and non is to die for alone! Unless you're on a gluten-free thing, then you're missing out. I've been going here forover 3 years now. I cannot recommend this place enough. Highly recommend ordering ahead during the lunch break as they can getslammed for pre-orders! Also on game day!!
